I needed to find a hitch for a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I found this website and typed in the information needed (make, model, year) and up popped a detailed listing of the types of hitches I could use, with the prices and the amount of time needed to install the hitch. I ordered the hitch and received an email when the order was processed, plus an email with a tracking number as well. The unit arrived very quickly with no damage or scratches. The next day I installed the hitch according to the instructions included with the unit. I did this installation alone and it took less than 2 hours. The unit fit as advertised and looks very nice. I could not be more pleased with the hitch. I also bought the wiring harness for my vehicle and the drawbar kit as well. All items worked as they should. The instructions for the wiring harness were excellent as well. This was a one stop shop very simple a great experience.

You etrailer folks sure know how to spoil a customer. Since I'm a repeat purchaser of your products, I'm still amazed how quickly you fulfill the order and ship it out so promptly. I paid for standard shipping, but if I didn't know better I'd say that it was expedited shipping.

A++ product at great price and fast shipping, it's a one stop shop all you need in one box and with the video makes it easy to install on my 2015 nissan altima with the bolts thru the trunk and didn't even to remove the mufflers by sliding the hitch in one side and pushing up the other end while pulling the one muffler to one side I was able to install quicker and the plug and play wires makes it easy than trying to decode wires. Thank-you.

Real fast shipping on top of a great price lead to easy instalation. Done it all by myself with no problem but working the frame bolts out is tough. Make sure to run them back up and down while taking them out to avoid breaking.

The drawbar itself is great. I just wish I'd gotten a longer version for my 96 Subaru Outback wagon. In the rise position it's obstructed by the bumper and won't go in far enough to insert the pin. The drop position is fine.

Ordered a ball hitch, hitch cover, draw bar, and hitch pin for a 1 1/4" receiver so I can use a utility trailer to haul my 7' dingy down to the shore. We have a hybrid vehicle so hauling is not recommended but the distance is less than a mile and the total weight is less than 300 lbs. I shopped in vain to find the right size for our receiver but then I found etrailer. Couldn't be more pleased with the prices, communication and delivery! 5 stars absolutely.

The products I bought were very good quality and I have been so pleased with them. I bought this bike rack and all the things with it, due to my bad back. It has been so good not having to lift the bike up high! I was hit hard in the back and it did not do a lot of damage to the rack. I was very surprised when I saw it. It was bent when I pulled it down. My insurance replaced it. It proberly save my trunk from a lot of damage. So the quality of all of these products was extremely high!!!!

my wife's 2011 subaru outback. very fast shipping, and the parts are as described. installed it on the floor with the car jacked up on the driver side in 1 hour.
very easy install after watching video on etrailers site. the coolest thing on the install was having my wife under the car with me to put it in place at least for 5 min. she might be sophisticated, but i got that extra set of hands to line it up. lol.

So far so good. Product arrived quickly with no damage. Installed from start to finish in 20 minutes. Perfect fit. The way it's designed the spare tire can still easily be removed. Exactly what I was looking for. I have not installed the wires yet but I'm sure they will go on as easily as the hitch. I will tell everyone I know that needs a hitch to look at etrailer.com first.
