Not a problem with the product. Just between the receiver and the trailer hitch assembly, there wasn't any pin to hold the pieces together. I was hoping it was all complete, but now I have to find the pin the holds everything together when towing. Not an end of world, but an annoyance.
I have never been so happy to have bought this product. Its has gone way past my expectations. Easy to install, and has held up and pull so much more then I ever thought it could. The staff at etrailer has been awesome, the service has been awesome, I will continue to do business here.

Trailer hitch has performed like a champ. Towed my boat flawlessly. The installation was very easy to do. Only problem was the dirt in the cars threads which had to be tapped out but that was not the hitch installations problem.
I had trouble finding a 4-3/4" rise at any local stores. Etrailer shipped it out in a reasonable amount of time. Using this to pull a small trailer behind a Toyota Sienna and needed the 4-3/4" rise.
Packaging needs some thought. 2" ball was coming out the side of the box when it was received.
Ashley was able to help us order what we needed for our hitch quickly and easily. Also available on the website was a link that showed how to install the hitch and attach the wiring.
Good to buy a product that's EXACTLY as described. The 4 3/4" rise is what I needed. I previously bought a "Curt" mount from a local store and the actual rise was a full 1/2" different than what the decal on the mount stated. This DrawTite has clean looking welds and a nice finish. Angled cut makes inserting smooth. I appreciate that the large sticky decal peels off cleanly.
Part of my order was lost, the friendly people at etrailer were kind and courteous. They helped me by replacing my lost item. I will always be a satisfied customer from now on! Great job!!!!

It raises the back of my 2014 Sedona and allows me to pull my Casita camper higher off the ground. Glad I bought it.
I have to take it to someone to screw the ball on to get it to the appropriate torque but..... seems very solid!!!! I wish it could have come already put together.
