Installation was very straightforward and easy. Tail light wire kit was easy to install except gaining access to car wire harness. Order of panel removal and method of panel removal made the wire installation slightly more difficult. Overall an excellent product and I am very satisfied with the utility of the hitch.
Retainer pin weak replaced immediately. Part was exactly as described
Use it a few times a week and still looks almost new. No signs of corrosion and great quality build.

I was hoping the ball and hitch would already be assembled and torqued down. Why isn't the ball boxed or wrapped up inside the larger receiver box to avoid it bouncing around during transit? That would avoid it impacting other exposed contents in the big box.
Works well but I didn't see an option for a 1 7/8" ball - which is what my trailer coupler is sized for. So I ended up with a brand new 2" ball with this delivery and had to buy another 1 7/8" ball. But it fit and worked well.

Products are well made …. Price was competitive ….. ion was good …… Customer Service was Knowledgeable and in good spirit ..!
High quality (as best I can tell). Fits my etrailer Hitch Receiver just right. I suggest getting a locking pin (also at etrailer.com) to slow down would-be thieves.
Item arrived quickly. Had a local shop install the unit. Works great, no problems after a year of use. Would order again!
