Changing Ball Height and Replacing Balls
To adjust the height of the ball, remove the pin so that you are able to slide the ball platform up or down along the shank to the desired position. Re-insert the pin once you have found the correct height and replace the clip.
Switching the hitch ball is just as easy. Simply remove the pin holding the ball platform in place and slide the platform off of the shank. Flip the platform upside down so that the ball you want to use is on top. Then slide the ball platform back onto the shank and replace the pin.

Really sturdy, however it is extremely (not made of lightweight materials) heavy and a chore to mount. Also, the lock broke and it is in the locked position so I can't use it. I have to figure out how to take it apart. Better of spending the extra cash and getting a Thule.
David R - 06/19/2018Just purchased a Fastway FLASH E-series HD adjustable ball mount for my new '17 F250 Superduty. The mount looks great out of the box and fantastic on the truck. Will be towing a triple axle trailer with 30' center console soon as well as a utility trailer off and on. Nice to have one set-up that's able to tow two different loads. The polished finish is very nice and the matching lock set looks very secure. Amazingly fast shipping from etrailer.com too. Even curious George likes it.
This is a well built 2 1/2" adjustable ball mount that provides you with 6" of rise or drop to keep your trailer level. Currently use this on my F250 super duty to haul my MX5200 Kubota tractor with a bucket, and bush hog (~9K).

Very pleased with this adjustable ball mount and It arrived promptly. At first I thought the polished finish would be too flashy, but it really compliments my truck nicely.
I just received my hitch from etrailer.com. The material and overall look of the hitch is excellent. Although a little pricey I like the height adjustment and the different size hitch balls. I pull different size and type trailers and I like the ease of adjustments. I tried a different type adjustable hitch in the past it was big and bulky very noisy and heavy. This one stores easy in my double cab Silverado and is not excessively heavy. The shipping was fast from etrailer and the ease of finding what you want on the website was great.

This is a quality piece, very heavy for aluminum but it needs to be. It looks awesome on the truck and the reversing of the balls to the back side is genius. Plan to get one for my son for his birthday.
Steve - 05/08/2018This hitch has been terrific! It has aged and lost its brilliant luster very fast, but has not effected its operation one bit. I move this around from 2"- 2 5/16" probably 3 to four times a week and at all different levels on the adjustable mount. It is a very useful hitch for my needs. I would buy another in a heart beat without hesitation should something ever happen to this one.

As a past B&W user, I was looking for a hitch that had a rating of over 15k lbs., but wasn't over engineered and looked like a steel anvil hanging off my truck. There's a lot of nice looking products out there, but none that are stout enough for what I needed. This was the answer. It's a great looking hitch that's simply designed and with a 18k lb rating, was plenty to pull what we needed.
I would recommend this hitch to anyone needing a strong hitch without sacrificing looks.

Good hitch! Honestly, I used it for about two months to haul my tractor around. After that, I haven’t used it since. The adjustment is easy which allowed me to level the trailer. I like the load limits.
