Not much to it. Goes well with the hitch and keeps it safe from someone taking off with it. Just recommend spraying some grease in the locking mechanism so it keeps moving freely.
Just what I need to go along with my new Andersen Rapid Hitch. I usually leave the hitch on my vehicle overnight when I am travelling and have parked the trailer and driven to the hotel. Now I won't have to worry about coming outside in the morning and discovering that my nice new hitch is missing. The locking adjustment pin fits perfectly. The locking hitch pin lock is wider than I need for my standard 2-inch receiver so I use a small section of ¾-inch O.D. clear PVC tubing as a spacer. A 1-foot section was $0.49 at my local hardware store. So far, it's stopped the hitch pin from sliding around and I still have enough tubing left for 11 replacements if it does wear down.

The only issue Ive had is that the hooks on some of the larger trailer safety chains I use have scratched the housing.
Stopped doing business with etrailer for quite some time. Your passion for impersonal uninforming service has me wondering whether I will be using you ever again. There are lots of other companies selling the same items. I own 8 trailers and 12 vehicles and always need something. You could be so much better.
I have used the hitch lock pin many times and with a couple different hitches to include the one for my 9,000lb travel trailer and have had no issues. I’ve only used the adjustment pin lock for some lighter trailers and it has worked as it should. No issues to report so far.

I love these locking pins and use them with any trailer that I pull with my 2004 Ram 2500. They built very well and I’ve had no issues with the locks seizing up with corrosion like I’ve had with other locking pins in the past. I would highly recommend these products.

Drove approximately 50 miles to pick up a trailer then same back home with no issues. Lock seems to work fine and feels secure.
A bit tight on my X5 recover due to placement of the light connectors on my hitch but managable.
Overall high quality and looks great
on lock set the lock is not tight is that the way it is . it wobbles when locked or am I doing it wrong let me know

No, I do not believe that you are doing anything wrong. The lock is going to slide back and forth a little, depending on how wide the receiver it. There really is not a tried and true method to prevent it from happening.
I’ve ordered from etrailer several times in recent months and I have to say their customer service is amazing. MUST HAVE for rapid hitches. They look good and they work great. I just wish that they were included with the rapid hitch. Do yourself a favor and get them with your hitch so you don't have to pay shipping for them. Other than that I have no complaints so far. I also like how the keys don't come out until it's locked. Keeps me from losing the keys.
It’s my second set of these trailer hitch locks and they’re great. I recommend them, protect your investment!
Great product, needs to have options for the 2" receivers or the 3". I will make a spacer to prevent the lock from shifting side to side.
Locks work very well and are much easier to lock than prior versions

These have been great over about 5k mi of use. No signs of corrosion or difficulty opening the locks, and the rubber covers are still intact, which I'm sure is key to keeping those locks working smoothly. But again, the actions are still smooth and they provide a nice snug fit for the hitch.
Ordering was easy and delivery fast. The B&W hitch is everything I have come to expect from B&W. Great well built hitch. The hitch locks are stout and fit nicely.
