The hitch receiver lock was perfect for our setup and provided the security we wanted when towing our vehicle behind our motorhome.
Key broke in half the first time I attempted to use this product. Garbage. Do not buy.
The hitch pin itself appears to be a well-made, functional product. My problem is that I purchased it for my 2018 Chevy Duramax 2500HD. As those of us who own 2500HDs know, the hitch receiver is a 2.5" receiver rather than a 2", so that it can accommodate Class V hitch equipment. Most locking hitch pins are too short to work effectively which is why I purchased this one. Unfortunately, it appears that the way the tow-chain holes on Chevy's hitch are positioned, this pin blocks the use of the holes with the chain/hook makeup I've got. Will probably need to purchase shackles for the chains to make everything work correctly.

Well I ordered this item from you because the hitch on my truck is 4” wide. I could not find a locking pin long enough that would fit my hitch locally. I tried at several Walmart stores and several Auto part stores and nothing. So I went to the internet and found this the BX88212 and it is just what I needed. It’s on my hitch and I’ll use it every time I pull my ATV utility trailer or my RV. Now I know where to look if I need anything else for towing. That’s at

This Lock is ok, the lock is broadline, I have lube it and still catches you have to play with is to be sure its locked
I needed something more secure than the snap-lock pins that lock the deck of my tow dolly in the down position for towing with the vehicle on. The manufacturer and replacement pins I used keep coming loose and lost in transit. etrailer was the only retailer I could find that sells a locking hitch pin with a more than 4" working length. This Blue Ox is expensive but is solid and should be the last pin I need to buy for my tow dolly.
Well made and will not come unlocked like another one I used.
the locking pin works great and the roller wheels look like they will work great on the back of my car trailer.
You even got the correct keys I needed with the lock. Great service!!!

The pin locks have 20,000 miles on them pulling a toad. Still working great and open easily every time.
A quality looking and feeling item that appears to be worth its premium cost. This would have been a 5 star rating except for the cheesy little rubber band that holds the rubber cap that protects the lock from dirt and moister. The cap seems to be good enough but the little piece of rubber that holds it to the pin does not look like it will last very long. That being said I would still buy it again.
I ordered two of these for my B&W Stow Away hitch and they fit perfect. Ironically both came with same keyway, I did not expect that.
Used for one year. Product is sturdy and works well. No problems. Rubber dust cover could be revamped for easier use, but very minor detail.
Just what I needed for securing trailer mover to trailer. Very well made. Fast delivery. Already in use.

The pin is very heavy and I am very comfortable using it with my camper. I was concerned about buying a cheap inferior product that would not do the job. This is a quality name and great price. I hope I can buy a 2nd one keyed the same.

Sometimes the lock is a little tough to get off. Other than that these have been perfect.
I wanted a longer pin lock and this is it. Very strong and good quality.
They have arrive today. Now gonna put them to use for fuel tank locks.
Delivery was fast, product fits perfectly, price was very reasonable
Solidly build and key works although it is not as pictured. The product I received had a round key not a standard "toothed" key.
