The dual hitch receivers like the part # D-192 cut the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by 50 percent and add quite a bit of leverage to the hitch. I really wouldn't recommend going this route. A better choice would be the # HR1400Z-85 which has a bike rack and a cargo carrier behind it.
