  The Curt hitch you purchased is part # C13272 which is a 2 inch receiver so the pin hole is 5/8 inches. A good standard lock to fit is part # e98880. With that being said, a lot of bike racks have threaded hitch pins so you can't use just a standard locking pin. Their threads are usually specific to their own locks so you might need to purchase a specific lock for your specific bike rack.   I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III part # C13272 for the 2019 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport because it is a concealed cross tube design for a nice clean looking install on the Lexus. The only portion of the trailer hitch that is visible once installed is the square receiver tube.
