Just want to give you an update. I went ahead and trimmed those little protrusions from the bumper bracket and the hitch went on without any further issues. I won't be returning it, as I'm satisfied with the outcome already. I just wish that Curt had let you guys know this issue in advance. I have no complaints of your team's customer service. I think you all are great. I've ordered several things from your company and I think I will continue to do so in the future. My only request it to please update the info on this hitch so people are aware that trimming is necessary, at least for the 2020 ram 2500 gas model. Thanks.
