Chevrolet Equinox
I ordered the V.4 9012 LED headlight bulbs for my new 2020 Equinox LS. They work perfectly and are extremely bright compared to the OEM Halogen bulbs. I'm 77 and need the extra lighting as I cannot see well at night. Bravo!

GMC Terrain
Instalation was easy if you follow the videos. The hitch is perfect for a cargo rack. The gmc terrain clearance is a little low with a cargo rack, but this hitch has as much clearance as possible without modifying the bumper.

My order arrived in 2 days. I followed the vehicle specific video on how to install it. I did take a little longer than the video, but I also did it by myself without a lift and I used a hand file instead of a power tool. So far I am ecstatic about this purchase.

2018 Chevrolet Equinox
I am using the hitch to mount 2" bike rack on the back of a 2019 Equinox. Delivered promptly after ordering. After watching the video again, the install went smooth with a 2nd person to assist maneuvering the hitch into position. Hitch is well made and mounts solid as a rock on the frame. The one minus is giving up ground clearance on the back end. I went from 11"+ down to 8.25". I have already scraped it a couple times but not show stopper.

2019 Chevrolet Equinox
This receiver is an excellent product for the price. I installed this on a 2019 Equinox. Installation was exactly how it was described. We bought this so haul two bikes on our hitch mounted bike rack. I love how it looks under the vehicle from anywhere you look you only see the 2 inch receiver slot. Doesn't look big and bulky under vehicle. I would definitely recommend installing this with help though. Laying on my back lifting it and getting the bolts started at same time was a little daunting. Make sure and get the exhaust lowered past the bumper trim before attempting to lift this hitch up, as it can be a bear to slide this over the exhaust at first. Great product highly recommend.

It was actually just as easy as they made it look in the videos. But, I will admit that the hitch is quite heavier than I thought and it made it slightly more difficult for me to hold in place while securing it to the frame. That was a little tricky, but still easy in the grand scheme of things. 5 stars!

Took my time and everything fit up well and easy. Didn’t use a lift or ramps so it was a little tight working on the ground. Used my floor jack to lift this into place in lieu of a second person.

The hitch fits like a glove. The (6) springs used to fish the bolts and spacer through the car frame worked like magic, my son and I have never encountered that small piece of wire idea we have put on a few hitches in our lives. 2018 Chevrolet Equinox
The order and shipping were exactly what I ordered. The instructions that came with the hitch and wiring were very helpful. I tried to do as much as I could without a lift. Getting the bolts through the correct holes with the provided wires took quite a while. I had to take the hitch to a car repair place I use to get it installed. There is no way I could do it without a lift. The instructions said 40 minutes. It took the car replace place an hour and a half and that was with a lift. This is beyond the hour and a half I spent on the installation. All I need to do now is to hook the trailer up.

The video was outstanding and made the product delivery the greatest. The quality of the hitch itself was outstanding as was the finish and the attention to detail. Not sure why GM does not make the access hole an 1/4 larger then no grinding, but a drill and grinding bit took about five minutes so not a big issue. Fit the car perfect and is out of the way when not in use. Thanks for a great product at a reasonable price.

Hitch arrived in 2 days. This was faster than the local dealer could get one. I had it installed due to a lack of time on my part. Hitch was installed in 30 minutes. Looks great and is almost concealed. Great customer service and reps stayed in touch the entire time. I would highly recommend this company.

We built, fits like a glove. Installation took a little longer than they stated but we didn't have a car hoist either. The bolt holes were the right size but the access hole had to be ground a little to allow the backing plates to fit inside the tube. Everything you need was in the kit.

Great product. Very good delivery tracking system! Very good video to help with installation. Make sure you have a way to raise the rear end of the vehicle if you are doing the installation yourself. Have someone help you raise the hitch in place. This makes the installation much easier.
