This custom-fit trailer hitch with a hidden cross tube installs behind your vehicle's rear bumper, leaving only the receiver visible beneath it. Aluminum and steel alloy construction is durable and eco-friendly. Powder coat finish resists rust.Great quality product. The only problem is there is a step missing in the instructions on removing the tail lamps. Along with the 2 10mm nuts there are also two white nylon half circles that need to be turned on the rear of the assembly. See pics. Do not force the lamp assembly out you will break it. Also there is no need to remove the rubber bump stops before the lamp. The trim will come off with them still attached.
Shipped to the installer, installed and used for long road trips. Nice and easy. Customer service made it quite easy. Great experience.

Absolutely not issues with the hitch whatsoever. Working in a bike shop, I have no issues recommending etrailer for their hitch needs- especially with the guidance you provide.
