This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your vehicle's frame with no welding required. Matte black, powder coated steel is durable and corrosion resistant and creates a rugged look.Shipping was free, but as others had warned, the hitch showed up UPS hanging out of the box in 3 spots. This could be resolved easily by wrapping the hitch with padding so it doesn't cut through the box. Luckily there wasn't any damage to the hitch. Hitch installation was simple and easy with the help of a friends lift. Took 15 minutes and fits great!!
I would’ve given this five stars because the trailer hitch is solid and well built. Installation however it was a different story… It was not an easy installation. We had to put it up on a neighbors rack and then try making it a quarter of an inch wider. We had to use a house Jack and a wood block to spread it wider. Sooooo… the part of the instructions that state “ for easier installation remove the three plastic locking caps from the underside of the car bumper.” Errrrrrr….that made no difference whatsoever! Lol
Jenny N - 06/27/2022This was fairly easy to install. I used cardboard from the shipping box to lay on underneath tbe Rogue and minimize scratching the receiver on the driveway. I lined up the driver side and threaded in one bolt+washer, then spun myself around to face the passenger side and threaded the fasteners on that side. I supported the receiver tube on my legs to raise it as needed. This might not work for everyone. When I returned back to the driver side to put the remaining fastener in and start tightening with the socket, I found that there wasn't enough clearance to get the socket on the forward-most bolt, so I used a wrench there. I used a ratchet instead of a torque wrench and estimated the tightening force.
Poked through the box as delivered, but the visible parts of the hitch were covered well so no damage during shipping. Amazing how easy it is to install. Used two jack stands to help me and was able to do it myself in about thirty minutes.
Watched video prior and instructions were very clear. Install was fast and easy. 15 minutes. 2 person job to hold up both sides. Product was packaged excellent and all parts included. Would purchase from again.
The product is very nice and sturdy. Packing and delivery was below standard. Was not even in the box when delivered. Scratched, no hardware.
This installation was much more difficult than expected, partially due to a faulty product. The space betwen each end was about an inch too narrow, which I didn't realize until I was already under the vehicle trying to install it. I had to buy a big bessey clamp to spread/expand it to make it fit. As if that weren't hard enough, one of the bolts gave me a particularly hard time screwing it in. Because the mounting holes have a threaded nut mounted on the inside, I thought it was gonna be a 15 minute job. But it was well over an hour between spreading the hitch and then fighting with the stubborn bolt.
Mike L - 09/30/2022Package arrived damaged but no obvious damage to the hitch receiver. When I went to install, the unit would not fit/align properly to the vehicle. Had to to take it in to a mechanic and they found that the side arms were bent in about 1/4-inch and had to use spreader bar to straighten out. Very disappointed that I had to spend extra money to repair the equipment. Response from customer service was essentially "Sorry and thanks for letting us know" and no offer to help with any portion of the cost to repair their damaged product.

Hitch was as described, it was installed on our vehicle by a couple of 70 year olds. Due to our age I was able to lift it into position with my floor jack, bolt holes lined up perfectly. I highly recommend this hitch and company.

Missing all the hardware due to total damage and destruction of packaging. I can forward pics if you like but I noticed this problem many times from other customer comments. I will give a B for product because I think its good but an F for packaging and the missing hardware.
Jenny N - 03/31/2022Hitch is great and much more heavy duty that’s represented by pictures. Need to upgrade packing, arrived busting out of box, but no issue since hardware secured to hitch. If tossed in box would have been lost.
Great quality hardware and fast shipping. Installed myself in 20 min. on my Nissan Rogue 2022.
Just one thing you need to do when boxing these things is to use some bubble wrap on ends of hitch. Ends are cutting through box and injured my friend who received it from UPS. I feel for the delivery drivers who have to handle these. But still awesome hitch.
Pkg arrived in good condition and my boyfriend put it on with my assistance of handing him the bolts and washers. Very good directions with pictures. Thanks
Hitch is great but buy the more expensive trailer wiring harness as it is longer and made better!
Delivered as promised, hitch broke through the cardboard in a couple places but no damage to product.
Installed in about 15 minutes, had to use a very small thin pry bar to get bracket in place, really nice fit!
Easy to install and works well. I only use this to support a bike rack so no experience with an electrical hook up or with towing but does everything I want.
Box was damaged because of ups but other than the hardware being lost due to negligence on ups’s part, the quality of the trailer hitch is outstanding
Great product, just as described, extremely easy to install, I used my car jack to hold the hitch when inserting the bolts and installed it without other person assistance.
