Wow, what a well made hitch. Absolutely loved the Matte Powder coat finish. Product videos were extremely helpful and accurate. Only thing that I found to do better was to reverse the horizontal bolt direction on the driver's side on the 2022 Hyundai palisade. By doing this I eliminated the need to cut the cargo anchor screw point and the need to chop on the wire harness valance cover.

1994 Mazda B Series Pickup
This product is a great fit on my 2022 Hyundai Palisade AWD. It would have been easier if the factory holes wasn’t so close to the belly pan. But I understand they had to design it to fit the vehicle. You have to drop the spare tire and loosen the exhaust and it’s a tight fit above the exhaust but I did it by myself and it didn’t take too long. Nice design that’s hidden and not bulky.

2022 Hyundai Palisade
Once I had the spare tire and the exhaust hangars removed it was a fairly simple job. For the horizontal bolts on the driver side of the hitch, if you install them from the outside in (bolt head outboard, threads inboard) you won't have to trim the plastic shield. Overall it was fairly simple to install this hitch.
And I really like how only the receiver is visible on this hitch. It keeps the back end of our Palisade looking good.

Looks like a great quality hitch, but apone arrival there but hole.in bog and the main part of hitch had some exsposed metal on finish due to some heavy scraping on it during shipping. Gonna have to.fond a way to touch up the exposed metal up now. To prevent rusting.

Oh no! I will have our customer service team reach out to assist you. What I recommend is to touch up the hitch with a rust resistant spray like Rustoleum. It will handy to have for the future as well for long term hitch maintenance.

2022 Hyundai Palisade
I am so glad I came across this site. If only every online business could be as thorough and trustworthy as etrailer. The information available made it easy for me to select a trailer for our SUV. Shipping came ahead of schedule. Instructional video to install was completely accurate and very helpful for some tips and tricks. The entire install took me about 1.5 hours including cleanup and I did the install without lifting the car up. You obviously need to have the right basic tools, but the install is something that almost anybody can do on their own. I would buy from etrailer again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this particular hitch as the finish is a nice matte black and it extends perfectly for my Allen folding bike rack!

I installed it myself....took about an hour. I used adjustable jack stands to hold the hitch assembly at the right height and then aligned the bolt holes and installed the hardware.

Super easy to install (the video was very helpful as well)! It came with a few small scratches, but nobody will see it under the car. Great price and just about anybody can install with some common tools and a torque wrench.

Hitch works great and was SUPER easy to install. Make sure to watch the video. I had everything done in less then an hour doing it by myself. The only thing I would recommend to do different is in the video they tell you to cut a plastic/metal piece that gets in the way on one of the thru bolts. You don’t need to do that. Grab a flat screw driver and once the bolt head is against this piece pry it out of the way. Much easier. Overall great product.

Great product, took some time to install because bolts were not inserting the way directions stated. Frame of car wouldn’t allow it. Had to insert side bolts from outside in, instead of inside out. This has nothing to do with product, just design of vehicle.
