About a year ago I purchased this for my wife’s 2013 Chrysler town and county van so she could haul her and the kids bikes. It was easy to install when following the video and does not rattle or have other issues. I would buy again and found etrailer.com best price and good service at the time. I have not pulled many trailers as the wiring kit and process did not seem easy and at the time was also pricey. I hope to relook at the wiring this year. For bikes. Is excellent
Receiver brackets were deformed and did not align with the factory mounting holes on my van. Had to bend brackets back into alignment. Supposedly this is a common occurrence however there is no mention of checking the alignment of the brackets in the directions or installation video. Wasted my time fighting with it. Hitch arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it had a rough ride! There was a big hole in the box with the hitch mounting bracket sticking out. When we opened the box the mounting bolts were missing. I called e trailer and they said they will send the mounting bolts. Hope they get here by Friday because the vehicle is to leave to Florida by Monday. Thanks, Dennis

This is my second hitch from etrailer.com. I am a return customer because I was satisfied with my first hitch. This one was even easier to install. I put it on in about a 1/2 hour in my drive with out a jack or second person. I will plug in the wiring tomorrow. I remember how easy that was the first time. I am a little OCD and will run the power wires from the battery inside pex tubing under the vehicle just like the first one. There was nothing hard or surprising with this hitch. I am happy, happy, happy!
When hitch for my 2014 T&C got to me the box was torn up so I thought there might be damage. Nope it was just fine. Very very well built, nice welds, great craftsmanship. The mat black finish is really nice looking and it look like it will hold up well. The hitch fit up under the van really well all you can see of it is the 2 inch receiver. NICE! Thanks for an inexpensive, well built, nice looking hitch!
Installed this myself on my 2015 Town and Country with very little trouble. Wanted to switch to a platform-style bike rack to carry 4 bikes (Thule T2 Classic), and this was a good price even considering the price of tools I bought to install it (torque wrench, air impact wrench, and 3 sockets). Other than one or two bolts not coming out nicely due to rust, this hitch receiver went in easily following the instructions. It does push up the bumper cover a little but not to the point that it calls any attention to itself.
great service, very reasonable price and great hitch. if UPS had not misrouted it over two day out of the way and 1,000 miles i would have gotten the hitch in two days instead of 5 . UPS mistake! fit great and looks great did not have to cut anything!
Great quality, easy to install, it took maybe 45 minutes with no modification.
The hitch and wiring came quickly, but the package was damaged, did take pictures but the product inside was not damaged so everything worked out. Installed hitch but not wiring, things went well.
I have purchased several trailer hitches from e trailer. All have been manufactured well and install as per instructions. This one was for my Chrysler minivan and installed perfectly following instructions. Tow hitch barely visible below rear bumper as per picture.

Well made, quality hitch. Perfect fit for our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Arrived quickly and well packaged, despite box being a bit beat up, due to the weight of the hitch. etrailer also wrapped the hitch with packaging, and included instructions. It can be done fairly easily on the ground, depending on how big you are. The hitch bolted up perfectly, using the bolts already installed on the van. Clearance between the hitch and the bumper was perfect, no cutting or bending required with this hitch. Very happy with etrailer,

Unbelievably simple to install. All bolt holes lined up perfectly with the manufacturers holes. Installed this in less than 30 minutes with vehicle on a lift. Would say about an hour if I had to do it from the ground. Thanks
Great product and my 2nd hitch I've bought through etrailer. It is very easy to install and shouldn't take more than 1h, depending on your skill level. The instructions are helpful and the product itself is robust and worth every penny. It will mainly be used to haul bikes around allowing for more space in the vehicle.

Hitch was easy to install and does not look like an add-on. Functions as intended. Well satisfied. Your wiring kit completed the installation effortlessly.
Fit 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan quite well. It you are installing it alone, be sure to have plenty of blocking to get it into place. It is heavy, but I am 80 years old and I did it myself. BTW, the install video about using a strap under the exhaust is right on.
Easy install on 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. No drilling required. 5-bolt installation. 3 exhaust hanger bolts removed as well. An impact wrench and air ratchet sped up installation. One person can do this in 30 minutes with the right tools.

Fits my 2018 caravan. The bolts I needed were already on the van. Was easy to install. Using it for a bike rack.
Easy to follow directions with the video and a solid product. I towed a uhaul trailer from Nevada to Illinois and this performed perfectly. This hitch is top notch. I’ll definitely buy again from here in the future when I need something else.
