The time of delivery might be the only thing more impressive than their pricing. I will definitely be back in a few years when this current car gets on my nerves haha. Great job etrailer.
I suggest checking to insure the mounting arms are straight before trying to install. Mine was a little bent from shipping, but after straightening it out it fit perfect.

I had no issues with the hitch. I haven’t used it a whole lot but my biggest take away is the product description is true and accurate. I had ordered 2 previous products from a different site that said it fit my 22 Frontier and they lied. This hitch had been great; easy to install yourself.

Product is great. After a year I have no issues with it.
This hitch receiver is well made and it fit my 2007 Nissan Frontier perfectly. It looks good too! The installation was an easy, 30-minute process.

Was surprised that everything was in there. The mounting hardware was taped into the receiver and the harness was taped securely inside. The fit is perfect. Easy install
This hitch fit perfectly on my 2022 Frontier. Bolted right on, no drilling. Great price.

The hitch has been great. Towed a 6’x12’ box trailer fully loaded with no problems. No rust. Great product.
The hitch looks well built except for the safety chain loop. the loop looks a bit weak for a safety chain. I'm used to seeing beefier attachment points for safety chains on this type of hitch. The hitch mounted nicely and fit my 2024 Frontier perfectly.
Product is good, shipping sucks,hitch halfway out of box, left end of hitch bent about 2", had to reorder, needs better packing!!!!!
Perfect fit only needed small adjustment passenger side needed straightened a little install by myself and I’m 78 yrs old
Was not drilled to frame holes, usps threw box out at my gate instead of my door. Box ripped open on both sides. Never order from these guys.

I am sorry that the hitch arrived this way. It sounds like the side brackets were knocked out of alignment which can happen during shipment. We have a FAQ that can with installation when this happens. Please see it below.

Fits perfectly to my 2018 Nissan Frontier S King cab. I used a floor jack to lift and install the hitch on my truck. Done in about 30 minutes. Very happy!
Received the hitch and installed it in 15 minutes tops. It was a breeze. Fits like a glove and it looks like it would from any dealership. I’m exceedingly pleased.
I am very happy with the ordering process. And I was able to easily install this receiver on my Frontier.

Am very happy with the trailer hitch that I purchased. I had a little trouble getting it to mount on my truck and thought the hitch may have been bent, but after talking with a company representative who informed me that the hitch frame would flex slightly, I was able to clamp the hitch and get all bolt holes to align properly before removing my clamp. I have made 4 major hauls with my truck towing 8ft or longer trailers and have had no problems. Thank you ETRAILER for this product.

Very well . And Nissan dealer wanted $1700.00 to do this job. That to me was way out of line . The wiring and hitch were only less than $300.0. I wired everything myself and that took only 40 minutes. Very good design. But was bent in the shipping. I finally had breakmasters do the install and it was a struggle for them also. But it finally came together. And I’m satisfied with the outcome.
I received the new hitch from e-trailer within a couple of days of ordering. I was able to install it the next day. My old hitch had a plate welded to it. I ground that off and bolted it to the new hitch. Everything went smoothly. The old bolts came out and the new hitch fit. I put "never seize" on the new bolts to be sure they would come out if ever needed.
The trailer itself is fine. Unfortunately, this company doesn't believe in packaging their products properly or using a quality shipper. Not only ly did this take forever to arrive, the frame of the product was bent on arrival, and I can't bolt all of the screws to my truck frame. Really Unfortunate, when this part is this pricey. This is completely unacceptable.

Often times when the holes of the hitch and the vehicle do not line up, it is because the hitch has flexed during shipping. Because a hitches mounting brackets are made from mild steel, the mounting brackets can flex during shipping. If the entire hitch was rigid steel, there would be a greater chance of the hitch being damaged and experiencing stress cracks. I do have a link below for your future reference.

Hitch was quickly received after ordering and installed without any issues on my 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro4X Crew Cab. I preferred this model for the cost savings and I did not need a bracket or mount for the 7 way plug on the hitch since I mounted it in the bumper.
I am giving it a 1 star because ever single hitch I ordered from E trailer has been some bent part that turns a 15 minute install into a 45 minute install because I have to take it back off.
Installed fairly easily. Very happy with the hitch.
Great fit and Finnish. Excellent company to do business with. The updates on status is very helpful. I would definitely recommend E Trailer.
Unlike another brand that I had to return, this hitch fit my 2022 Nissan Frontier perfectly. I was able to install it by myself in about 20 minutes. I totally recommend.

Absolutely perfect. Zero issues with this product. Works as it should
