Installation on my 2015 Durango was a breeze! Looks great and works great! Using it currently for a bike rack for 2 e-bikes.
My trailer hitch receiver arrived, I unboxed it, it looked small so I was kind of leery that it wouldn't fit as stated, but I was WRONG! I don't want to steal the line from O.J. Simpson, but the hitch "fit like a glove!" LoL The next project will be tackling the wiring. With the help of etrailer's installation video...the exact match of my vehicle, I'm sure it'll be fine!
My 2018 Grand Cherokee didn’t have a hitch. This system it tight to the bottom of the bumper kinda looks stock. I really like the round tubes it mad from, a lot nicer then the square tube I had on 2012 Grand Cherokee. It’s still rust free makes the back of the truck look tough!! I would Recommend it to anyone

I am very happy with this hitch. It arrived on time and well packed so it wasn’t all beat up before I even installed it. Installation was a breeze and the hitch was a perfect fit. Bolt holes lined up perfectly. It has been a year since I installed it and no signs of rust so far not even on the welds. I live in Florida and I frequently use boat ramps which means a high salt environment. Excellent job on the coating! I am very happy with this product and with Etrailer and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Watched install video which was very helpful, instruction sheet was almost useless. Total time to install hitch and wiring system was about 2 1/2 hours with someone helping. I added split tubing wrap to wiring harness to prevent any potential damage to small wires. I used set of auto ramps to lift rear of jeep up for access. Had to make add on bracket to attach wiring plug bracket. should recommend ordering a hitch with bracket mount. Hitch install video more helpful than instruction sheet. Only problem instruction sheet did not provide torque number for hitch mounting bolts and nether did video.
Rating less than excellent due to pore written instruction.
Hitch fit perfectly on my jeep and was very easy to install (with the help of my neighbor). Needed some rust/bolt loosener to get the factory bolts loosened from under my Jeep but once that was applied it was pretty simple. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to add a solid, affordable hitch to their Jeep.
We've only used the hitch for a bike rack so far, which it's been excellent for but it's good to know that we have a strong, study high quality hitch there for if and when we ever do tow anything.
The reason I picked the etrailer Hitch Receiver is because of the easy install but mostly the Sharp look on the Back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.
Looks not only Sharp but also Tough looking! Didn't have a scratch on it from delivery. A perfect fit too! Installed in less than 15 minutes because I didn't grab the breaking bar to loosen the bolts from the frame!!!

Trailer hitch was delivered promptly and packaged well. The trailor hitch fit perfectly and was easily installed without a "hitch". My experience with e.trailer was excellent and wil be happy to do business with them in the furture.
Fit was a little snug and needed to use a floor jack to get the last bolt in place but otherwise an easy installation.
I installed receiver hitch on my Jeep Grand Cherokee today and it couldn’t have been easier! Took about 30 minutes and good to go!

It was an easy installation on my 2022 WK Grand Cherokee. I did that in a shop (where I work) like 8 mins w/second pair of hands but I’m sure you can do it on your driveway. I moved the spec label to the left side avoid dirt and heat from the muffler, lastly make sure you torque it 126lbs!!!

It’s been a year, I’ve carrying both of my emtb and mtb roughly 100lbs all over everywhere. This things is bulletproof, I re-torque once just to be safe side!!
Had to remove spare tire. But installation went great.

I bought the hitch below and installed according to instructions and it seems to sit low/awkward on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Can you please advise as to why? I may have received the wrong hitch?

I contacted the manufacturer and they verified that this hitch fits your vehicle and that is how it should look.
I'm a year in with my E trailer hitch. I installed on my 2013 Dodge Durango RT. Installation was simple. Using bolts right from the frame was convenient. Towing has been as expected. Happy with my purchase to upgrade my durango.
Bought this hitch from etrailer mainly for bike rack and some light trailer hauling. I thought the hitch might be more noticeable after installed, but it tucks in under the bumper nicely and looks good. I've bought several items from etrailer.com over the years and am always satisfied with their products and fast shipping.
Great product, fast delivery and great customer service. I installed onto a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Hitch was a perfect fit and it only took about 30 minutes to complete. Primary purpose for this hitch is for a bike rack, but I'm sure it'll get other uses as well.
Torque the bolts to the required torque. That is the most important installation step.
Great quality, beautiful welds on the hitch, would definitely recommend the etrailer brand of hitches to anyone that is looking for a great product. It was a very easy install, it was a direct fit :) It was done in my driveway Without lifting the car up in 10 minutes.
Worked at multiple custom/accessory shops and this has to be the easiest hitch ive ever installed. Did it by myself in about 6-8 minutes, no jack needed. Just a 13/16 socket and a good ratchet
Great look and simple to install, without a hitch jack, just have a friend install in minutes. Would be nice if they send the swivel adapter to use to avoid the pan on bottom. But great purchase in happy with
