Today we're going to be taking a look at Part Number PS1400400303. This is the Pro Series Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack. The utility jack is going to be perfect for agricultural and commercial applications. It's going to feature a tubular swivel design that's going to let you swing the jack up for travel or down for use. It also is going to come with the included pole pin that holds the jack in either of those positions. It's connected to the jack with a nice little chain.
That way, when that's disconnected, you don't ever have to worry about dropping it or misplacing it and potentially losing it. That's a great little feature to have as well. It's going to have the topwind handle featuring a smooth, ergonomic design for easy cranking. If we take a measurement of that handle radius measuring from the center of where it mounts onto the jack to the center of the handle, that's going to give us a measurement of about 6 inches so a handle radius of 6 inches. The outer tube has a nice black painted finish on it. The inner tube and the footplate has a zinc plating on it.
This is a weld on design. It is going to come with a weld on pipe mount. This is going to have an inner diameter of 2 inches or excuse me, inner diameter of a inch and a half, outer diameter of 2 inches. It's also going to have the standard footplate that's going to give us an overall length of about 7 and half inches and then an overall width of 4 inches. Now, the pipe mount is going to weld on to your trailer and that's actually going to allow the jack to go around the pipe mount. Then it's going to be able to swivel around that mount so again, you can move it to a up position for travel and then you can bring them back down for use.
Then it has the included pin. You just push through, that's going to hold it securely in place in either of those positions. Taking a look at the bracket height. I'm just going to go ahead and retract this all the way. It just means I'm moving them all the way down. Nice, smooth design as you can see.
Doesn't really have any hesitation when you're cranking it. The handle allows you to get a nice secure grip on it. We'll bring it all the way down. Our bracket height is going to be measured from the ground to the middle of the pipe mount here. With it in the fully retracted position, that measurement is going to be 11 inches. Now, when I had it fully extended, that measurement measure 21 inches which is going to give this jack a lift or travel of 10 inches. The distance that we have from the center of that pipe mount which is our mounting bracket to the top of the jack is going to be about 4 inches and that's not including the handle as measuring from this point here to this point right here. The inner tube is going to give us a diameter of 2 inches. Again, the inner tube has a zinc plated finish on it. It's going to give us a diameter of 2 inches. Outer tube's going to give us a diameter of 2 and 1 quarter and the jack's going to offer a lift capacity of 2000 pounds. Now when the handle is not in use, it can easily rotated over into sturd position. That's going to do it for today's review of Part Number PS1400400303. great simple trailer jack that meets my needs completely. inexpensive and effective
delivery was way faster than I expected
Seems like a good product, good quality. However, I did not realize that I would need to weld a part to the trailer tongue before I could use this. I should have paid more attention. I have not installed or used this item, so my review is not very relevant other that to point out for other potential buyers that welding is required to use this jack!
This jack is great quality and easy to install. I welded the mount to the trailer easily and in less than 30 minutes including setup and cleanup times. Great customer service as well.

Great jack, a little unstable when only extended a little bit, gets more stable the higher it lifts...which is odd, but works well for my needs.
