I bought this Jack for a custom built enclosed tool trailer. Fully loaded it doesn’t have any issues lifting. Great Jack and I’ve had it about a year now
Packaging was horrible. Overzised box (odd shape, so I get that), but no packaging at all to support the voided space in the shipping box. The foot plate broke through the shipping box, and was scratched all over. Corner damaged on other end of the box. Get new shipping personel.

Excellent purchase. It was a 10,000 pound jack and I purchased one that was re-boxed and it came with one small scratch on it, but it did not affect its performance at all. Very pleased.

I highly recommend etrailer and this jack. I bought this tongue jack for a race trailer that is loaded with tools and gear, and vehicles. The prior jack with a comparable weight rating failed. I installed this product and couldn't be happier. The operation is smooth and fast. The spring loaded extension minimizes the throw required from the crank, making hitching much easier and faster. This jack is very heavy duty and durable. Furthermore,, I shopped for about 3 months before pulling the trigger on a new jack and this was clearly the best price out there for the features. Lastly, the product shipped within 24 hours and was delivered ahead of schedule. I will definitely use etrailer again.

Still going strong! Great jack and use it several times a week
These replaced a couple of jacks that stripped and could not be lowered or raised anymore. The trailer gets used on on la lot of dirt roads and fields, and the dirt and vibration seems to take its toll on any moving parts. These worked great as replacement, very easy to crank even with the doubled.
These were just a little smaller in width than the old ones I had, but was not an issue for installing in place of, they do however hang a couple inches lower than the other ones I had, still has enough clearance, but something to be mindful of.
I ordered 16 inch steel trailer rims for an 18 foot trailer. I got what I ordered and they work great. Also a heavy duty jack for the tongue, welded it in place and it works good too.
Need to replace a jack on a 30 ft stock trailer and this jack was what we needed. great buy

14k dump trailer came with a 5k jack that was broken why the weight of the loaded trailer tongue sitting on it. The bigger jacks like this are on the other 12k, 14k and 16k capacity trailers and they are close to bullet proof.
Other than a pump of grease once and awhile you know you can unhitch with these jacks loaded or not without issue, which is well worth the price and effort to install.

Its been a year since I installed this jack on my race trailer. The trailer is quite heavy with tools and equipment and the factory jack failed. This jack is a joy to use. I considered electric, but have been very happy with this manual jack. The spring loaded extension makes it so that you never need to lift more than the hight of your hitch ball and I never need any blocking. It is incredibly burly and has been the perfect addition to the trailer. I highly recommend it.
