I bought this to replace my old jack that would barely lift my trailer since having bought a new truck with larger wheels. The price on this jack was much less expensive than the others that were offered and I was a little skeptical but the reviews were good. So far it's worked great. I simply pulled the pin on my old jack and put this one on. Took about 30 seconds. I received the jack in a very timely manner and would likely do business with eTrailer in the future. I haven't tried the hitch aligner yet but see no reason why it shouldn't work. Thanks.188604

It has worked great so far. A grease fitting would make it even better

Great jack for the price. Nice long travel, and the tube and pin mount makes it easy to get it out of the way, so you're not dragging it on the ground or banging it with your shin.

My only gripe is that there doesn't seem to be any way to take it apart to clean and grease it. My first one lasted three years, almost to the day, before it completely seized up. That's not bad for a $30 jack, but I'll try to keep the new on out of the weather (and leave the trailer on a jackstand) and see if that helps.

Great Jack. Only problem we had was when mounting the pipe swivel, we installed backwards. Make sure the holes are towards the outside of pipe swivel (holes not centered) or you will not be able attach the jack to the pipe swivel after you weld it to the trailer.162534
