TrailerLegs Tire Saver Stands for Trailers w/ Leaf Spring Suspensions - Tandem Axle - 16K - Qty 4

First, the increased stability in the trailer over just the 4 jacks and the tires on the ground is amazing!
Second, getting these in place is not as easy as the directions or the videos suggest. Every time I would back up on to the legs at least one would not be on the ground correctly, either not back far enough or back to far because at least one would slide on the ground. I tried at least 6 times and always at least one would not be right. I finally used a bottle jack to lift the axles enough to set the legs that were not sitting right into the correct position.
Third, Once I got all four legs set correctly I leveled the trailer. The problem here was that to get the trailer level it actually moved up and off the legs. To fix this, I used the left side jacks to get the trailer up enough to slide boards under the legs and ran the auto leveling again. This time the left side was on the jacks but the right side was still off of them. I did not have anything to build up the right side (yet) so I am a full bubble low to the right so I have weight on the legs and not supporting trailer weight on the jacks. This most likely would not be a problem if you are just using the legs for trailer storage.
Overall a great product for saving your tires and stability while using your trailer. Just be aware set up could be more involved and some trial and error to get everything set correctly.991314

They still work great, still a bit tricky to get set up though. I have move the trailer on and off the legs about half a dozen times over the year. I back up on them and putting a chock at the rear of the back truck tire does help with not going too far back and rolling off the legs. That happened to me a couple times.

Trailer legs work great. It keeps all 4 wheels off the ground. Makes it easy to change a tire and do regular maintenance on bearings and brakes. Easy to use. 802823

Trailer legs work as advertised. I have heard that they don't work very well on grass. I have had no problems using them on grass. I am very happy with purchase. They are super sturdy and durable. It takes a little practice to use them, but it gets easier the more time you use them.1493211

Love these things so much, bought a set for my son-in-law’s 40’ Montana 5th wheel. We’ve both found it extremely time saving when rotating/changing tires, doing brake & wheel bearings or anything under the units. It’s wonderful to know we don’t have to worry about tire rot or unnecessary bearing pressure while in winter storage here in Washington! We found it much easier to pull the trailers “evenly” up on these things to use low range 4 wheel drive, if you have it. I always keep one in the truck in case of a flat. Worth every penny! Wouldn’t be without them! Had a flat on tandem travel trailer on side of road and found it easier to lift flat tire off ground onto trailer legs in gravel if raised flat tire up onto a couple of 2x pads first. Loosened lug nuts and pulled up onto leg and done in no time. Good feeling!

Don't like them waste of my money! Either my campers too heavy for a $37.06 camper that weighs 10,000 lb cuz it made my dually spin tires on asphalt and gravel so I don't know where these videos are coming from falsified information of what I think I want my money back!!1221668

I will have our customer service team reach out to you. As long as the ground is level and stable meaning not mud or anything that you will sink into then these will work for you. Each Tire Saver is rated at 4,000 pounds so with a set of 4 you will have 16,000 capacity. In order for the rubber to grip and allow lift your axles will need to be a minimum of 11-12 inches off the ground. The manufacturer recommends using some wheel blocks like # A10-0918 to increase the height of your axle from the ground if needed to assist in making this system work ideally if your axle height is less than the 11-12 inches.

It’s made of heavy duty plastics with the rubber boots, when using it to store your 5th wheel use a 2x4 to roll your wheel up on to help with the lifting of the trailer, I have a 5th wheel 41’ keystone Montana, I don’t feel it moving around or shaking when I walk around in the RV 797064

Just received Trailerlegs, so haven't used them yet, but have looked over them & they look very sturdy. Should be great for lifting wheels off the ground. These are the BEST investment I have ever made for my truck and cargo trailer. Overall a great investment. Allows us to keep our tires off the ground and protected during the winter months when we aren't actively using the rig.
The biggest problem we've had is that we park on dirt/grass and this just digs in and drags. We put down 3/4 plywood to prevent that from happening. 763760
