We don't have a fixed height option for a 1,500 lb jack, so I recommend the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack - Bolt On # FXP15L which is shorter at the retracted height of 12-3/4 inches but also extends to 24-3/4 inches.   The handle on the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack part # TJB-2001S-B is not replaceable but since the jack is cost effective and can be removed and reinstalled with the snap ring it should not be too much of an issue to just replace the entire jack which would be the only option anyhow if the handle was broken. I really can't even think of a jack off-hand that the handle is replaceable on.

  Putting swivel jacks on the side of your trailer like the part # TJB-2001S-B that you referenced would be an easy way to jack the trailer up in the event you need to change a flat. I'd recommend mounting the jack at a height that's high enough it could swivel into position with the trailer basically on the rim instead of the tire since there's chance it will be flat.
