E-Trailer helped us immensely when we had to replace one of our trailer jacks.
Customer service was very helpful in choosing correct jack. Our trailer takes two jacks and I would have only replaced the broken one, However they explained the lifting ratio would be different between my old jack and a new one. Saved me from a breakdown later on down the road. Very good company to work with, returned all my calls.
I do repair work and put this jack on a farm trailer. the owner loves it. Doesn't sway or twist under load.
Used the two replace my broken ones on my gooseneck trailer. Still working well after a year.
This will work great on a trailer for bible camp. They bought an old tank trailer to fight a fire if needed and to help with controlled burns of the surrounding underbrush. Also for recreation time with the kids. Thank you for an easy to use web site and very quick shipping.
The products were exactly what they were supposed to be and shipping was fast I ordered this product on a Thursday night at 5pm and got an email at 7pm same day saying they had been shipped and the ETA was Monday by 9pm but I received them 2 days early on Saturday which was awesome but I was out of town so I didn’t know. But on that same day the company reached out to me to let me know they had been delivered early (which is awesome) so I was able to have someone get them! All in all it was a great experience. I look forward to using etrailer again.
Only complaint is the picture shows it with a crank but it didn’t come with one

the item was packaged correctly, it was put in a oversized box with only shrink wrap on the item. The box was destroyed and had retaped by UPS. The jack somehow survived. Poor packaging!

Jack came in hanging out of box. Box torn in several places, the jack and handle was still in box I'm assuming there was nothing else in box. With all that said I think it got rough handling my UPS driver ever yourn committed on it. I think jack will be fine we'll see when we get it installed.Thanks for your service.

I had a jack go bad over the race weekend trailer was stuck on my truck.So i called
my trailer MFG on Monday and they put me off for 2 days with no help.
So i decided to pull the front metal plate off found out that is was a ram jack so that night i found you thru ram jacks sent me to etrailer.com so i ordered it.
You packed it and shipped at 4am your time the next morning i paid for 3 to 5 day shipping and i met the UPS guy on Thursday morning you got it here a day sooner.
6 hours later the trailer is off my truck after cutting and cutting grinding and welding trailer MFGs weld these on before they put the walls in so welds in blind places.
The product is a very good but your pricing rocks and your service is the very best

My son and I built a ten bale hay carrier. We needed a heavy jack for the bale hauler. It works great and so does our bale carrier.
Very well made and functions as it should.I welded it in place on the traier, it makes unhooking while loaded a breeze, has no problem lifting a loaded trailer.

Came on time and in good condition. happy so far, I have yet to use the product but. I can tell the landing gear is pretty stout and well made.

At least the jack arrived in good condition. I am sorry to hear that the packaging was so bad, though. I have sent this information over to our shipping department for them to work towards bettering this.
