Today we're going to be taking a look at a square pipe mount swivel jack. This does come with a foot plate. This utility jack is going to let you raise and lower your trailer. It's going to have a lift capacity of three thousand pounds and a support capacity of five thousand pounds. The outer tube is going to be a square design, as well as the inner tube. The outer tube is going to give us a measurement of two and one quarter by two and one quarter.
The inner tube, that's going to give a square measurement of two inches. I do want to point out that this does feature the tubular swivel design. It's going to be this piece right here. It's welded onto the frame, or excuse me, it's welded onto the jack. Really nice, consistent welds. That's going to allow you to move the jack up parallel to the trailer frame for a stowed position and it's going to allow you to swing it back down when you're ready to use it.
It comes with that already welded onto the actual main tube right here of the jack. It's also going to have the pull pin. That's going to have a safety chain or a lanyard attaching it to the jack so you don't have to worry about misplacing it or losing it. Now, square jacks are going to provide more side load capacity when compared to round tube jacks. This one's going to feature a side wind handle.
That's going to make raising and lowering the jack very easy. You can just kind of get an idea of how easy it is to raise and lower. Nice, consistent rotating action. I don't have to worry about any kinking or binding. It's just a nice fluid motion. Very easy.
It's almost effortless to raise and lower really nice smooth design. Now, if we take a measurement of the handle radius, I'm going to measure from the center of where it mounts, to the outer edge of that hand grip. The hand grip does have a textured surface to it, so you can really get a good grip on it when you're using it. You don't have to worry about it slipping out of your hands. That handle radius is going to give us a measurement of about eight and a half inches, from this point here to the center of where it mounts. When it comes to the jack, we're looking at a steel construction. The outer tube is going to feature a really nice black powder coat finish on it. That's going to be applied to the bracket over here and the outer tube. The inner tube and the foot plate, that's going to have a zinc finish on it, so overall the entire jack is going to do a great job at resisting rust and corrosion. The foot plate is going to be welded to the base of that inner tube. The foot plate is going to give us an overall length measurement of about seven and a half inches. Overall width measurement of about three and three quarters. That's going to do a great job at spreading out the applied weight. It's also going to help prevent sinking when you're using this on softer surfaces and it's going to help increase overall stability. The jack also allows for easy maintenance. Located right here is a grease zerk fitting. That allows you to attach a grease gun, pump the grease in to lubricate the internal component. That's a really nice easy design. Again, this is a weld on installation. Now, there are going to be some, excuse me, one main piece that you are going to have to purchase separately that does not come included with the jack, and that's going to be the weld on pipe mount. It is required for installation. That item is sold separately. They can be found here at etrailer.com. We carry a variety of them, but the weld on pipe mount is going to look something like this. This is the piece that would get welded onto the frame of your trailer. When you put your jack on your trailer, and if you already have this welded on, it would slide directly over that piece right there. Then, what that would do is, it would swivel in there or the jack would be able to rotate around that since it's mounted to your trailer. You can imagine how this could easily be rotated up to a stowed position, how it could easily be brought back down for a usable position. Once you have this welded onto your trailer, install the jack, move it up or in the down position. Whatever position you want it in, just be sure to re-secure it by re-installing that tin. That's going to hold the jack in the up position or the down position, but again, this pipe mount is required for installation. It is going to be sold separately. There are a few measurements that I can give you that'll help you in choosing the right one for your application or for this jack. This outer tube, or excuse me, this tube is going to give us an outer diameter of two and a half inches. It's going to give us an inner diameter of two inches, so you need to make sure that that weld on pipe has an outer diameter of two inches. Then, the next one is, you want to make sure that this pin will actually go through the holes on that pipe mount. The pin hold diameter, that's going to measure five-eighths of an inch, so this is a five-eighth inch diameter pin. A few of the measurements I want to go over with you real quick. I want to mention the bracket height. That's measuring from the bottom of the foot plate to the center of the bracket. With the jack in the fully retracted position, we're looking at about fifteen and three quarters of an inch. With it fully extended, that increases to thirty one inches. This is going to have a travel or a lift measurement of fifteen and one quarter of an inch. Then, the clearance that we have, measuring from the center of that pipe mount to the top of the jack, we're looking at about eight and a half inches. That's going to do it for today's look at the square pipe mount swivel jack with the included foot plate. Again, this is going to have a lift capacity of three thousand pounds and a support capacity of five thousand pounds.

Log splitter weighs a ton!
Now it's easy to hook and unhook.
Thanks so much!
I made a trailer and mounted my sawmill on it. I purchased 6 trailer jacks to use as leveling system. They are holding up well supporting the trailer, sawmill and heavy logs.
It's a very well designed and built product. The additional reach of the jack makes it easy to hook up, uneven ground is no problem with this jack and no more putting blocks under it to raise your trailer high enough because it has the reach!! A great product!!
This was a replacement jack, so I didn't really have to do anything other than swap out my old one with the new one. My old one was bent and this one was the exact size that I needed.
Shipped quick delivered on time great company to deal with Thats why i keep coming back, thank you
The customer service provided by Alex was exceptional. The Jack's were damaged in transit and the quick response to get me the parts I ordered from etrailer was great. Service like this does not exist in most companies in 2022. I will continue to order products from them and will pass this information on to my friends and family members.
Thank you Alex and etrailer
The jacks arrived quickly as predicted, The box was torn up but the contents survived. Very nice tracking app with a map showing the location of the order. The jacks appear to be good quality but I wasted $20 buying weld on pipes because the jack description indicated that they were not included.
The pad on my trailer jack was hanging out of the box on arrival, but no damage done. It looks heavy duty but since I just received my package today, I obviously have not had time to install or use it. Shame they don't want comments on order handling and shipping. That was excellent.
Waaay too many sellers beg for reviews these days.
Great service from etrailer. They always have what I need at a fair price. I always check etrailer first!!
Solid well made jack, I own four of these, etrailer as usual fast delivery and second to none customer service
The order was complete and the product was exactly what I needed
Awesome transaction. accurate description. Bought as a gift so am not sure about why I like it.
WEBSITE IS USER FRIENDLY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A1.
Arrived as promised.
Everything was good
Rebuilding a used trailer with no idea what axles it had. Contacted customer service and they walked me through getting the right brake kits, bearings, and hubs..excellent customer service
I have one of these that is several years old. I needed a second and wanted them to match. Paid a little more to get the identical jack. The grease fitting is a nice touch. 30 years ago I had a top wind that required annual disassembly and greasing the screw or it would bind up. The new one with the grease fitting simplifies the task.
