It does rattle around some when it's up and the trailer is moving; I'm thinking of using a bungee to snug it up, but that's for aesthetic purposes only. It works fine.
Good inexpensive jack. I ordered two. My use for them is somewhat "off label". My 19" 9000# capacity flatbed trailer has a label on the dovetail indicating that the rear of the trailer should be supported for any loads over #3000. Personally I think supporting the rear for a trailer is always a good idea when loading and unloading. It puts less strain on the rear of the trailer and it prevents the trailer from lifting the rear of the tow vehicle during loading which can be extremely dangerous.
I had a friend weld the tube mounts on each side of the rear of the trailer. See pictures below. Now I don't need cribbing or chunks of wood to shove under the rear of the trailer. These will also adapt well to uneven ground. They can be stowed horizontally, like in the picture or removed when not needed.
This was a perfect replacement for a prior jack that had bent and no longer fully retracted. An excellent value! It works perfectly to raiser, lower, and support an 1,800 lb trailer. I also appreciate the zerk fitting for easy greasing.
I've used it a couple of times on the trailer out camping. Otherwise it is in constant use when the trailer is parked in the garage. Seems to work fine.

I placed an order for some trailer tongue jacks unsure of the quality of the product. I really was not concerned because of other orders that I have made in the past and have yet to be disappointed. Order arrived in record time and after opening shipment I found that the Jacks seem to be of great quality. I ordered these for a friend that does a lot of trailer repair and they will be installed soon and the test of time will indicate the quality. What I view of them from out of the box is a great item for the price. I am going to be placing an order for my own use soon. I keep several of these in inventory. They work on farm equipment, in addition ot trailers and also for stablier jacks for a manlift.

I have been building trailers for a while now. When I found etrailer they cut my cost way down. I really haven’t shopped elsewhere sense!
Replaced the tongue on my trailer. Still need to weld this on the new tongue yet everything else worked out fine. I don't expect any problems and like usual the price was perfect!

These jacks arrived within 5 days of ordering using standard free freight all the way to Seattle area. They are exactly as described I'm not quite far enough into my build to say how well they work but I have no doubts they will perform great.
These items will be used on a 5x8 trailer that I will be constructing next week. I have looked over the items that I've ordered and find them to be of the quality I both expected and require for this project. Will let you know later how well they worked.
