Light got water intrusion and stopped working after a months use. Warranty isn't honored unless shipped back in for examination. Leaving you to have to purchase another light in the mean time to stay legal3161317

One the big things in service have been sorted, eg. good product, value for money (not cheapest) delivered in good condition in a predicted timeframe, it's the little things like an email with tracking url that has ALL the information you need... WITHOUT HAVE TO TYPE IN A TRACKING NUMBER , NAME, ZIP ETC. And same with review, click on a url in an email and enter your comments with pictures .....SIMPLE. so many other companies just make these types of things too complicated and onerous for the customer to provide feedback.
