The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.
Surface-mount trailer lights install using a flange or bracket with mounting holes. These lights lay flat against the trailer surface and only require a small, often pre-existing hole, for wiring. Mounting hardware is used to secure the light to the trailer.

These large lights sure help to see when we’re braking or turning. We mounted them high on each side of our 3021 fifth wheel and they match grand design factory lights exactly! Exepy that they’re longer which is what we wanted. We’ve had them a year now and they’re still holding up well
Fantastic product. Replacing taillights on my motorhome and upgrading with these LED lights. Will provide a picture once project is completed.

One year later the light is still working great, no issues what so ever so it is a good qualitly light

I replaced the upper tail light on my closed car trailer.
I wanted to have a back up light as I back up quite often in traffic.
This way the people hopefully realize what is going on.
They are also quite bright as a whole unit and the reverse light works well.
They are nice and bright add 2 of these to each side of my RV easy install and work great

Light still works great
Light works great can’t have enough light for the world we live in two times the light that came in it and I might add Etrailer gives great service
These were replacements, which were easy to installed. Look and work great
Exactly what I wanted. My 2021 Momentum 31G toy hauler came with one 12" light on each side. I'm going with two of these on both sides for good visablity at night or in poor visibility. And the price was very reasonable.
Product is of good quality with no issues after one year of multiple uses.
Just what I needed to add an additional safety/signaling light in a car towed on a car dolly.
The lights show very clearly through the tailgate window.
Well I haven't had them long enough to review their longevity, but based on the installation and initial thoughts, these were a great choice for replacement taillights on my Utiline Dodge (Stepside to the Chevy lemmings).
Nice light, fits the bezel well. Reverse lights are sufficient brightness. Be advised that the lights are sold as single not pairs.

I love these lights and get a lot of compliments. They were easy to install and are very bright!!
Bought 4 stacked 2 on top of each other and placed o. Flatbed truck. They work awesome, very bright. Bought some small resistors from [online retailer] to cure the hyper flask. Best deal I found that had the reverse lights made in with them.
I purchased the Obtronics STL264RBLED light as part of a LED upgrade plan for my enclosed utility trailer. I am using the light for both running and brake light function at the top of the trailer. etrailer expert Adam R recommended I use the 118158 vehicle-to-vehicle tail light converter to prevent the turn signal feature from interacting with the brake light function.
The etrailer staff and I talked several times about potential incompatibility issues of the LED bulbs with the Can Bus circuitry found in new vehicles. Between etrailer and the light manufacturer, I feel confident the light fixtures I purchased will function without concern.
Exact replacement and easy to install.
Bright, easy to install four wire system (ground/tail/stop/backup). I added these high on the sides of the tailgate frame for better visibility in traffic and to retain visible hazard lights when the tailgate is down during loading/unloading.
I put the lights on the back of my RV trailer. I now feel safe as I know that my brake and turn lights can be seen.
Easy to install once I found the wiring in the trailer. Mounted these lights higher than the originals on the trailer. It will be much more visible now.
I just received the shipment and everything looks good. I haven't installed anything yet but I expect no issues. Shipping, while perhaps not as fast as say that big box website, is consistently fast enough with excellent communications from etrailer and predictable tracking info. This is our second order from etrailer and almost certainly will not be our last. Very good people to work with.
