Sonically Sealed, Waterproof Trailer Light
The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.
Surface-Mount Light
Surface-mount trailer lights install using a flange or bracket with mounting holes. These lights lay flat against the trailer surface and only require a small, often pre-existing hole, for wiring. Mounting hardware is used to secure the light to the trailer.

Easy install, bright lights, have held up well over 1 year. Work great on my folding 4x8 trailer from harbor freight. Having the lights mounted in the back of the trailer is much better than hanging them off the sides where they constantly catch on things. Love the low profile design.

Looks great. Labels indicate which wire lead is what, thanks. The unit does not appear as heavy as the ones I replaced. LEDs are bright. Light looks nice. the added trim ring took some effort to click into the slots.

Somehow, i must have missed it in the product info; because, i needed the sealing gasket that goes with the taillight. Fortunately, i was able to peel the one off of the old, broken taillight, and will use it on the new light. Hopefully, it will seal.

The larger base helped me cover existing holes that were from an older large oval style light. The extra length of the base of these lights combined with the chrome trim ring coved all signs anything else was ever there. The 6 led diodes on low are very chill and at first I was thinking it wouldn't put out adequate light but when brake was applied omg lots of light for 6 diodes. I was at my sons in texas and trailer light went out coul find no match so I ordered one sent to his house. - How Does Taillight Ring # A78RXB Get RemovedTo remove the ring # A78RXB you basically would want to grab one side of the ring and gently pry up on the ring till it releases from the mounting flange. If it does not want to remove this way you can use a thin slot screwdriver and slide it down into the slots on the sides of the light. This will allow you to push on the hooks of the ring so that they will release from the light. See picture to see where to insert the screwdriver.

The sonically sealed, waterproof housing and lens unit is submersible. This light has identical dimensions at 20-1/2" long x 1" tall. It has the same three functions with brake, tail, and turn. The Optrionics is a better light with 15 LEDs over the TecNiq T16 13.
