just what I needed--- easy installation, just remove the old light strip, put the new one in place , make your electrical connection, good to go---no special tools, you do need a stepladder to get up to the work area
Good product and lights up well. The glue could be a bit stronger than it is. Had a couple parts of the strips come loose when the weather got warm.
Absolutely great led strip this is second job to use these on and are better than spending over $600 for the factory light strip attached into the awning at least these are affordable and replaceable without replacing the awning. As always, fast shipping and great communication from Etrailer that’s why their always my go to for quality supplies.
They were as advertised and the adhesive is still holding strong and the lights are super bright.
Overall, these are fit for purpose of providing lighting for a truck bed. I was lucky enough to have a rigid tonneau cover on my bed, and the light strips fit perfectly stuck to the bottom of the mounting rails. I cleaned the underside of the rails first with carburetor cleaner, and they seem to be adhering well. Since both ends of the 17’ strip had leads, I cut to length for the sides of the bed only. I had originally wanted to turn the corners at the front of the bed and have the strip wrap around, but this strip does not have flexibility to do that and remain neatly hidden. I also added an on/off switch, and I’m pretty happy with the results, though there is that bluish tint as reported on some reviews, and I wouldn’t complain if they were a bit brighter. Better than fumbling in the darkness though!!
Package arrived and light strip installed easily. I wish the lead wires were longer. I installed this product in a track channel and the short leads made it difficult to secure the ends due to the need for a waterproof connection.

This light strip is holding up much better than the original OEM one installed at the factory. The LED lights are still bright and not a single LED is damaged or not illuminating. Wish I would have installed the replacement much earlier because its working so much better than the original.
So far, so good! This was to replace a light strip on my 20 year old RV. It mounts to the awning tube. It is still stuck on and worked the last time it was used...
We love these lights. I work for Carlyle Van Lines and we use them as interior lights for our moving trailers.
This LED strip will work very well on my travel trailer and the the 3M sticky back will keep it in place.
Good product, easy to install on bottom of rain gutter near where original was sewn onto awning fabric. Install and use instructions available on etrailer website. This is good because item ships in envelope with absolutely no info
'White' lights are more purple than white when installed. Will use these temporarily until I can find a set of true white lights in a store. Service from etrailer.com was exceptional - 5-stars. Order was filled promptly and the product was received before forecast delivery. 2 stars lost due to off color of product.
Nice light output, but a couple of the leds have gone out already after a couple months after installing them in my cargo trailer.
The product works flawlessly. It is as easy as it says ... just hook it to any 12v system. It puts out an amazing amount of light. BUT ... the best part of the buying experience is working with the etrailer staff. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST. Thanks SO MUCH for helping me with my purchase.

We were able to use this to fix the "bling" lighting on the front of our Chaparral 5er, which saved us big bucks vs. taking it to the dealer (probably for weeks) to have it replaced.
Easy to install and more light than the OEM single outdoor light.

I recently replaced our faulty RV trailer strip lights with multi-color, fancy strip lights from a big box store only to find out they were much too dim to be functional. I decided to pull off these new lights and replace them with these etrailer white lights. They are as bright as we hoped they would be. They do have a purplish tint to them, that other reviews have mentioned , but my wife and I both enjoy the color as well as the brightness!

Replaced a Solera led awning track light. Price was lots cheaper than stock replacement. Tape on back made it harder to slide into track. Siliconed sprayed track. Sliding half way was easy then had to pull it from other end. White light with very slight blue tint. Lots better than spending $170.00 on stock light.
I’m impressed. Very good quality and for more than a year it has been resisted the rain.

Lights are up and working. Took a little rewiring but I got them to work properly. I might purchase a few more to do some kind of ground lighting affect.
