Every time I open my trailer ramp door I am so thankful I did this up grade. I had to buy a 36” pice of rebar to wind the spring and experiment with the placement of the brackets that go on the interior of the door. Truly a back saver!
The product is exactly what I expected

However the first time it was shipped with USPS, and took two weeks to realize it was lost
The second time it was shipped with UPS, and I got it in two days

The spring assembly fit perfect instructions spot on and what really matters to me I wasn't missing any hardware. I plan on buying another one, I couldn't find anything like it for price and availability.
The outside of the box looks great I have not opened it yet but excited that I got in a timely manner.
This purchase was definitely worth the money. As a lawn care guy I raise and lower the ramp a lot. This will save ya back for your gf. lol The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, one of the cables keeps coming off.. it’s driving me insane! lol Still works with one though.
