The Fulton Safety Chain with 1/2" clevis hook absolutely fits the pucks. You're gonna love the heft in those chains too.l
I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.
We purchased a new goose neck trailer for transporting our equipment. However the safety chain hooks did not have the throat opening large enough to fit over the factory mounts in the beds of our 2015 and 2017 Dodge Ram 3500 trucks. Lori B worked with us to help find the correct chains and hooks that would fit for the application. The chains were not in stock so delivery was delayed by about a week or so but upon arrival I opened the box and they will be perfect for what we need. I have been a customer of etrailer.com for about 4 years and always pleased with their help and professionalism.
Love the safety chains! VERY heavy duty. When I purchased my new RAM truck last year (LOVE IT) the safety chains on my trailer weren't long enough and the clevis hooks weren't big enough for the standard towing features of the RAM. After doing a lot of calling around and searching the internet for chains that would work, I found etrailer.com and the perfect chains and hooks. These are great; and so much more adequate for pulling a heavy, loaded, living-quarters trailer! Thank you, etrailer.com and Fulton for this great product!

Very good!
I have the Reese OEM puck system with the Andersen Ultimate 5th wheel hitch in a 2018 ram 2500 long bed. This is the only hook i could find that will fit. I still had to trim the latch about 1/4 inch but thats only due to my hitch being in the way. Chains are rock solid.
Do your self a favor return the Reese and get the Curt puck system.
I bought this safety chain because the PJ gooseneck trailer that I bought came with safety chain that had 3/8" Clovis hooks. These hooks were too small to clasp onto my 2016 Ram factory gooseneck prep safety chain pucks. Since I couldn't find JUST the hooks that were rated for at least 30k lbs, I decided to purchase these chains that included the hooks, and I could t be happier. They were a direct fit onto my trailer and even the same length as the original ones. Also, the chain is MUCH thicker and stronger than the factory chains. I believe my trailer came with 5/16" chain and this is definitely 3/8" chain. I feel much more confident towing after installing these on my trailer.

This is the correct chain to use with the new FORD factory gooseneck package. Found out you must have the half inch hook. Chain length is perfect too.

Mounted safety chains on trailer. Holding up well. When and if they ever need to do their job, hopefully the will preform as described.
Heavier duty then I thought it was. 11000 lb trailer so that is good.

Still working great, After 1 year of usage these safety chains are still performing great. No rust showing on any part of them and this trailer is never stored inside.
