Hub-Piloted Wheel
This wheel is hub piloted, which means that it centers on the hub, not the lugs. The wheel requires the use of flange nuts (sold separately) for installation.
Corrosion-Resistant Finish
This steel wheel goes through a 3-step finishing process that makes it both attractive and corrosion resistant. The wheel is first submerged in a zinc phosphate bath to ensure good paint adhesion. It is then e-coated with an acrylic primer base and finished on both sides with baked-on DuPont powder paint.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hello neighbors and friends. Steven here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're looking at the Americana modular wheel with a 0.5 inch offset. It's 17.5 in diameter by 6 3/4 inches, and it's an eight lug on 6.5 inch lug pattern. Now folks, this heavy-duty steel wheel with the modular design, modular meaning these circles here, is sturdy and corrosion-resistant. It is designed for use on trucks, buses, and trailers.
It has a nice three-step finishing process, which includes a zinc phosphate bath, then an e-coat primer, and finally finishing up with a black powder coat on both sides of the wheel. It's also what we call a hub-piloted wheel, so that means it requires the use of flange nuts, which are sold separately, to install this correctly on your hub. Now, as I mentioned, it's 17.5 inches in diameter by 6 3/4 inches, and it has again, a pilot hole diameter of 4.76 inches. Now the offset, again, is a positive 0.5 inch or a half inch, and that just means that the hub mounting surface is located on the front half of the wheel closer to that wheel face. Has a nice two-year limited warranty from the manufacturer and it is used for trailers with disc brakes.
So very nice product here by Americana. This again is the modular wheel, eight lug 6.5 inch. Again, you need flange nuts to install this correctly. Folks, that's gonna wrap it up. I'm Steven., thanks for looking with me.
