Bias ply tires are designed for off-road or agricultural applications. They are built with thick, durable nylon cords that are positioned at a 30- to 45-degree angle to the direction of travel. The layers alternate in a crisscross pattern, making the sidewalls stiffer so that the entire tire is able to flex easily. As a result, the tire provides a smooth ride and improved handling when trailering on uneven surfaces.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Great price and great delivery on a spare tire for my utility trailer. Particularly useful was their "measurement guide" that allowed me to accurately select the right rim size to match my existing axles.
Had an old trailer that my dad left behind, couldn’t find a used 5x5 lug pattern wheel, one quick Google search later, etrailer to the rescue. Fit like a glove, hauling with them the next day! Even shipped to my house a day earlier than quoted!
The wheels and tires have performed very well. They have handled all loads. They have carried loads down gravel roads, dirt roads, and through farm fields. It's nice to have a product that performs as expected.
Bought a used utility trailer and it didn't have a spare tire. Recalling all the trailers I've seen on the side of the road that obviously had a flat tire they had to leave the trailer to go have it fixed or replaced I bought this tire and rim. Just to make sure it was good I have mounted it on the trailer a few times and it performs perfectly. Thanks! Oh no, Mike! Do you happen to know what your bolt pattern is? Or was the wrong bolt pattern sent? I included some information just in case. Let me know and I'd be happy to find the right one for ya.
After a 4000-mile trip, these tires were junk. I replaced them with Goodyear radial tires, which, after 10,000 miles, are holding very well. I'll pay more for a better tire.
The wheel and tire looked great and high quality just what I needed for a spare I’ve never had before.Peace of mind is worth every penny I spent.
This was just what I needed I had been trying to find a 5 on 5 rim for some time for my utility trailer. Everyone has 5 on 4.5 but will not work.

Tire and rim arrived 3 days early looks excellent filled with air ready to go. It appears to be better than my original tires on my trailer. I may buy another one and use my original tires for the spare instead of this new tire. My original tires only have 100 miles on them but I see this new tire to be better quality.
