Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)

Very good customer service. The tires and mounting was spot on. Only small complaint would be the center cup insert does not lock in place. It will flop around a small amount. Easy solution is to put a small amount of clear silicone adhesive around the the cup and press the cup in place. Otherwise so far zero issues and the tires appear to be wearing well and have good side traction for our heavy 5th wheel in the rain. Highly recommend this combo. They look great on an older trailer.
Tires have lasted well. Wheel is excellent quality and thick aluminum. I bought them for weight savings but later found that they only spec out at like 1/3 of arrival pound lighter than steel, so I'd rather have saved the money and been able to use hammer on wheel weights with steel wheels, BUT they do look great and are straight.
Wheels and tires made it my house within 3 days of order. Wheels have a great finish and look great. (I probably should have grabbed the chrome lugs too, but they look great regardless) I really think it added value to my trailer. My racing buddies have given me many compliments.

One year in... So far so good and I really like the upgraded look of the chrome rims!
Bought 6 of these for my Triple Axle, work and look amazing, bought another 2 as spares to classy up the trailer.
Needed new tires and my old steel wheels were rusting a bit. Decided to spend a bit more and update to bright polished aluminum wheels as well. Made my 1999 36' trailer look years newer. I got a cell phone call 7 miles on my trip saying...wow...those wheels dressed it up. You should have done that years ago.

I rebuilt an old boat trailer that has been sitting outside for 10 years. Absolutely done with etrailer...wheels/tires not balanced, no center caps - have purchased over 20 HiSpec wheels from different sources..always came with center cap....customer disservice sent me a link to where I could buy center caps for $xx each on top of a $xxx "package" will not continue to do business here
