This wheel comes with complimentary roadside assistance for 2 years. If your RV or trailer has a flat tire, call the help line and a technician will come change the flat for you. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
This aluminum wheel comes with steel inserts in the lug nut wells. The inserts are pressed into the aluminum, and they help prevent the holes from wearing down over time. This ensures that the wheel stays secured to your trailer hub and that you won't have to constantly retorque the lug nuts.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Lionshead 16 inch by 6 inch glossy black Eagle aluminum trailer wheel with the 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. Now, this is an aluminum wheel, which is durable, lightweight, and rustproof. We mentioned it's the Eagle Series, which you can see is a split six-spoke design with a glossy black finish. But if you look on the edge of the spokes, they have a nice machine finish on the edge of the spokes to give a nice shine to the wheel. A few dimensions on this, we're gonna measure the diameter, which will always be measured inside to inside.
So if we take our tape measure, you can see it's gonna be right at 16 inch diameter. The width on this wheel, same way it's gonna be inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat, there's your six inch measurement for the width. And the bolt pattern on this wheel is a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. And if you wanna measure that on a wheel that's an even number of lugs, like in this case six, it's pretty easy because if you look at the lug holes, they are directly across from each other. So to measure your bolt pattern, pick any hole, let's say this one, and you're gonna measure from the center of this hole directly across to the center right across from it, center to center, measure 5-1/2 inches.
So that means this is a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. This wheel will use a wheel lug size of either 1/2 inch by 20 or 9/16 by 18. Weight capacity on this wheel is 3,300 pounds. Now if you notice, the wheel does not come with a center cap. If you do want a center cap, we do sell those separately.
You just wanna make sure to get a center cap that'll have the same diameter as this pilot hole right here. Because when you install your cap, it will go through this hole. Diameter of this pilot hole is 4.25 inches. They do use an automotive grade clear coat finish on the front to protect from scuffs and scratches. And one of the nice features I like on this wheel is if you look in the lug nut wells, they have these steel inserts installed.
And what's nice about that is they're designed to help keep the wheel securely in place on your trailer hub. So when you install this onto the hub, this will go over the studs. And then when you put your lug nut's on there and torque them down, these steel inserts help keep the wheel securely in place, prevent holes from elongating and wearing down, and they'll eliminate the need for constant re-tightening of your lug nuts. If you notice right over here, you'll notice the valve stem is included, it's installed in the wheel. And this wheel does meet the DOT Department of Transportation specifications and the SAE J1204 standards. They do offer complimentary roadside assistance for two years and flat tire service is available 24/7 anywhere in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico. But that should do it for a look at the Lionshead 16 inch by 6 inch glossy black Eagle aluminum trail wheel with the 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern.

I needed a new wheel for my TT after having one jettison off the trailer somewhere along the highway after a camping trip. ETrailer had the right one at a fair price and quick delivery.
They fit great. Came on time. And look great on my fifth wheel
