This wheel comes with complimentary roadside assistance for 2 years. If your RV or trailer has a flat tire, call the help line and a technician will come change the flat for you. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
This aluminum wheel comes with steel inserts in the lug nut wells. The inserts are pressed into the aluminum, and they help prevent the holes from wearing down over time. This ensures that the wheel stays secured to your trailer hub and that you won't have to constantly retorque the lug nuts.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this Lionshead 14-inch by 5-inch glossy black Eagle aluminum trailer wheel with the 5 on 4.5-inch bolt pattern. Now this is an aluminum wheel. It's very durable, lightweight, and rust proof. And we mention it's the Eagle Series, which you can see is a split five spoke design, has a glossy black finish, but if you look at the edge of the spokes, you'll notice they have a machine finish to the edge to give a nice shine to the wheel. A few dimensions on this we're going to measure.
The diameter, which will always be measured inside the inside. So if we take our ruler and if we go inside, inside straight across, there's your 14-inch diameter. The width we'll measure is the same way, inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat. 5 inches. Bolt pattern on this wheel is a 5 on 4.5-inch bolt pattern.
And if you want to measure the bolt pattern on a wheel like this, that's an odd number of lugs, it's a little more difficult compared to an even number of lugs. But when it's an odd number of lugs, what you want to do is pick any hole, any lug hole. Let's say this one. And you're going to measure across to either one of these holes right across from it, so if we measure from this one to this one. And the trick is, when you measure it, you'll start at the center of the hole right here, and then you'll measure to the furthest edge of whichever one you measure to.
So center of the hole to the furthest edge. On this wheel, it'll measure 4.5 inches. That'll mean it's a 5 on 4.5-inch bolt pattern. This does use a wheel lug size of 1/2-inch by 20. Weight capacity on this wheel is 2,200 pounds.
If you notice, this wheel does not come with a center cap. We do sell the center cap separately. You do want to make sure to get a center cap that'll have the same diameter as this pilot hole here, 'cause when you install your cap, it will go through this center hole. The diameter on this pilot hole is 3.19 inches. Now they do use an automotive grade clear coat finish on the front to protect it from scuffs and scratches. One of the nice features I really like on this wheel is the steel inserts that they install here in the lug nut wells. Those are designed to help keep your wheels securely in place on the trailer hub. Basically what they do is, when you install this on your hub, put this over the studs, put your lug nuts on and torque them down. These inserts here will prevent the holes from elongating and wearing down, so it eliminates the need for constant re-tightening of your lug nuts. If you notice the value stem, which is right over here, is installed and is included. This does meet the DOT, Department of Transportation, specifications and the SAEG 1204 standards. They do offer complimentary roadside assistance for two years and a flat tire service available 24/7 anywhere in the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico. But that should do it for a look at the Lionshead 14-inch by 5 inch glossy black Eagle aluminum trailer wheel with the 5 on 4.5-inch bolt pattern.

ETrailer had the right one at a fair price and quick delivery.
They fit great. Came on time. And look great on my fifth wheel
etrailer is the best!
Wheels look just as expected. Wheels are shipped in a cardboard box without any protection for the front of the wheels. Two of the four have scratches.
Very happy with the product. Excellent quality.
