Good product. The trailer lock works good, but the hitch lock wouldn't work with my one ton hitch.
I've been using these locks for years on my current trailer and previous trailer. Never had any issues.
Great product…especially the fact that I have 3 trailers and I could get each piece keyed alike
The coupler latch ends were to big to fit on my trailer. The pin fit but couldn't lock it

Nice to have locks with common keys to keep trailer attached to vehicle. Like the rubber caps to keep dirt/debris/water out of lock. Great purchase!
Nice Combo at a good price. The coupler lock shaft doesn't work because the ends(locking part)is raised and will not work. I need a longer pin!
Works as advertised. Like the ease of the wedsite, especially etrailer offering the ability for keyed alike on the etrailer products. I did treat the locks with the lithium grease as recommended. I’ll know more in about three months on how they perform. etrailer customer service gets a 5 Star, the customer service was great, along with pushing the order out the door. Thank you All.
The lock set is solid and fits my receiver and trailer perfectly. To unlock you have to turn the key many times as it unscrews from the shaft. It's a little time consuming but not a deal breaker.
This hitch and coupler set is best you can find and exactly what I was looking for . Michelle was on it with helping me and shipping it out to Hawaii for me
they are great, I wanted them keyed alike and i was able to get 2 sets done

Simple system that is keyed the same. Works with my Ultratow aluminum 4 x8 trailer. Great solution.

Great product. The salt and snow had no effect on the locking mechanism and the finish looks like new!!! I used to replace my locks after every winter but not any more.
One year later, sill working great after with continuous use.

I have looked into this and I am wondering if you are using this on the OEM hitch? OEM hitches generally have a thicker outer wall in the receiver. It sounds to me like you will be needing a longer hitch lock, like part # e98881. You can definitely contact our customer service department for them to get this pin ordered for you.
