Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a 6-Way round to 7-Way RV adapter, with the 8" pre-wired cable. This 6-Way round to 7-Way adapter is your solution for converting a 6-Way round pin connector, to a 7-Way connector. It's made of durable plastic, features a built in cover that is spring loaded. That's designed to keep out the elements, and protect the connection points. And then in between the connectors, we have the 8" flexible wire loom, which helps protect the wiring from damage and wear.So again, this basically converts your vehicle's 6-Way round connector to a 7-Way connector. It's constructed of a durable die-cast zinc, here on the 6-Way connector, so that has the nice corrosion resistant design to it. We have the finger tabs there, for an easy grip design.

And on this side, we have the impact resistant 7-Way connector.Mounting hardware not included, but you will notice that it has four pre-drilled holes, right there. Up and down, they're separated on center by an inch and a half, side to side, they're separated on center by 2 1/4".And that's gonna do it of today's look, at the 6-Way round to 7-Way RV adaptor, with a 8" pre-wired cable.

Just what I was looking for, Fast deliv ery!

The 7-way plug is a pill of crap. I will be calling you and returning it!

Jenny N.

You mentioned that you were unhappy with the adapter and I wanted to see if you could explain in more detail about your experience with it.

Good products and pricing!

I used this to convert a Mini Winnie motor home to a Nighthawk Roadmaster 676 Tow Bar and a Jeep Rubicon 4dr with the hm56200 Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles. You have to cut off the 4 pin on the jeep wiring kit and wire in the Roadmaster socket that mounts on the front bumper. Follow the wiring diagram and you can't make a mistake. I have to say, this I expected to break out the volt meter and rewire. IT WORKED RIGHT OUT THE BOX. Looking forward to camping and getting the RUBI dirty and wet. Feel free to ask questions the eTrailer guys and Ladies are great. Best customer service. THANK YOU!!!! :)

Worked great! Used to wire a desiel fuel tank for easy hook up on or off truck.

Works great.makes it easy to use fuel tank. Thank you.

Etrailer has been a life saver for our business! We repair trailers and install truck accessories and have found etrailer to sell name brand parts at much cheaper prices. Melissa A is absolutely the BEST!!

  • Need 7-Way to 6-Way Adapter With Center Pin that Carries Brake Output
There are two ways that 6-ways can be wired like you mentioned. The only difference is that the 12 volt accessory circuit (normally center pin) and brake output circuit (normally 10:00 pin) are swapped. We see this come up quite a bit when people mention that their trailer brakes lock up when connected to a tow vehicle. Since the most common configuration is what I mentioned as "normal" the adapters are in this configuration. What you'd have to do is pull back the plastic loom of the #...

Sounds like you are looking for an adapter like the part # HM47445 which will go from a 7-way round on a tow vehicle to a 6-way round on a trailer. I attached a review video for more info on this as well. The adapter you referenced is for a 6-way round to a 7-way blade.

The Epicord 7-Way Molded Trailer Plug with Junction Box # 277-000141 that you referenced uses a standard 7-way so any 7-way to 6-way adapter like the # 337TC1067P would work.

  • Kubota Tractor M7060HDC 6-way Round to 7-way and Brake Controller Recommendation
The first thing you'll need to connect your 2019 Diamond C 25DOD that has a 7-way to your 2019 Kubota M7060HDC tractor that has a 6-way is a 7-way to 6-way adapter like the # 337TC1067P. Now to activate the trailer brakes you'll need a brake controller, and normally this is where the install gets interesting as you'd typically have to track down a signal that only has voltage when the brake are applied as well as run several other wires but we have a really simple solution that will work...

The Multi-Plug T-One Connector Assembly # 20135 is not a fit for your 2006 Freightliner XC chassis; it is a replacement socket for some vehicles that have a factory 7-way already. That said, if your '06 Freightliner XC has the factory tow package the Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 is a plug-and-play installation. The only other part you would need is the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3027-P which plugs into brake controller harness under your dash. The 6-way you have on your...

  • How Could a 7-Way Get Wired to a Kubota Tractor L3901
Basically, you'd have to hardwire a 4-way to it first like with the part # 119250KIT which would run to the stoplights, running lights and blinkers of the Kubota. And then to convert to a 7-way you'd need the # 37185 which basically just plugs into an active 4-way.

  • Can RV with 6-Way Actuate Brakes of Tow Dolly with 7-Way
A 7-way to 6-way adapter like the part # 337TC1067P does allow the brake output circuit to pass through so if you had a brake controller installed in your RV it would function through the adapter and actuate the dolly brakes. I don't know what RV you have so I don't have an install harness I can recommend for you but I can recommend the Curt Echo part # C51180 which basically just plugs into an active 7-way and once synced to a smart phone is ready to tow.

I recommend ensuring that the cord is long enough to not cause stress on the harness but not to long that it will drag on the ground.
