Looks aggressive while being a simple clean line; not an overly busy look. It really compliments the truck well. Relatively easy to install, my truck required the plastic in the pocket stakes to be filed open a bit as the pocket stakes were covered over. The directions mentioned a plastic sleeve but the parts list only listed a plastic washer. Easy to figure out and absolutely worth installing it yourself... it's too easy. It probably took me 10 minutes to put together but an extra hour was spent cutting those stake holes open.

The stainless steel is still shiny with no signs of weathering. Being stainless, it is easier to scratch than chrome and I still have yet to scratch it. The bars also serve as a bit of extra security as it it is difficult to simply reach over and grab something from the sides, which some might find troublesome but I like it that way. It is a nice look and only the corners can have anything tied to them which are cast solid stainless and built for that task but I cant imagine how heavy the pipes would have to be if the tubes were also built for mounting. Its a look you dont see often and I continue to enjoy the overall effect it gives to my truck.

Thanks for the tip, Tyson, I am looking to install something like this for a temporary plywood platform to haul approx 200 lbs of car seats and seat backs and I have an engine sitting in the bed to clear. And then later, use them as just rails to protect the tops of the bed sides.
