LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate springs have up to 20 percent more air spring volume than LoadLifter 5000 springs. The available volume in these 7" double-bellows air springs enable greater leveling strength at lower pressures. This ensures maximum load-lifting abilities and a great ride quality no matter the load.
The internal jounce bumper prevents you from damaging your system when driving with an uninflated or underinflated air bag.

They level your vehicle, improve braking and ride comfort, and reduce the strain on your factory suspension. One day, I went onto the ET site and discovered the product was 40%. I had been contemplating buying the bags, as I had installed them on a previous truck I had. I installed them myself (and my nephew) in about 6 hours. We weren't rushing, as I had set aside the whole day for the installation. It's nice to have a second pair of hands outside the truck. The installation went well, except for the long carriage bolts on the driver's side and some confusion about which hole they went into. We initially picked the wrong one, which slowed the installation by disassembling the bottom plate to move them. All in all, the installation went well, and I am happy with them. They aired up fine. Now, to figure out what pressure to run them at.
Don't hesitate, get these on your truck. You won't regret it.

2015 Grand Design Momentum 380TH (43'long, 18k weight)
Giving 4 stars because of packaging box had holes in it and all brackets were just thrown in box
I bought these for my 2018 F250 to pull 42ft sundowner toy hauler. They work great install little confusing on which way to slide them but there enough videos to figure it out.
I wasn’t going to buy compressor at 1st but glad I did. We took 1st trip in it this weekend and being able to adjust air for tanks empty to full is nice. Even riding with no load seems to ride better
Contact me few months down the road and let’s see how impressed I am
I haven’t hauled a heavy load yet, but they do not affect the ride when empty and 5psi is in them. Instructions are a bit out of order. Be sure to install the top brackets before putting the air bag in place on the axle.
I purchased the load lifter 7500. Etrailer was great easy to work with. Web site was easy to navigate and very informative. Product arrive quickly and was easy to install. I was experiencing an extreme sag, Tire wear and very un smooth ride once my trailer was attached. The load lifter product leveled my ride making for a smoother ride.Very pleased with my purchase. A few before and afters
These air springs kick butt! I carry a heavy truck camper on my F-350 and they can handle that and more. In addition when it comes to leveling at a campsite I can typically do so without a problem (I have an onboard compressor with remote which helps with that.). I’ll never come close to the capacity these airbags can handle but they are a solid addition to my HD suspension.
I received the Air Lift system within a week of ordering and was able to install it in half a day with a little help. The drivers side is a little tight on space due to brake lines congestion going on. I decided to lower my spare tire which gave me room to sit up in that location for the install. Many of the pre assembly bolted connections I left snug for the install to make final adjustments then torquing them once everything thing was centered. I used the very helpful installation booklet that came from Air Lift and there was no need to look anything up on [online]. I suggest if you’re running the airline to your full door like I did run the passenger side first! If you don’t and cut the line in half as the installation booklet calls out you will not have enough line. I chose to run the passenger side first and had a little more than 4’ of line left for the driver side.
Very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone wishing to "level" a heavy load. With a 100psi capacity, it takes only 40 psi to level the truck back to stock ride height. Pressure drops to 15psi when empty, so I just leave it alone and check every couple of months. In one year, I have had to add a little air maybe twice.
Slight modifications were necessary to fit with factory installed 5th wheel prep. This was not indicated in the instructions or fitment specs. The folks at ETrailer and Air-Lift were very helpful in answering my tech questions during installation. The modification consisted of simply cutting a small notch in the top plate with my cuttoff tool.

Still going strong. If I ever replaced this truck, the first thing that would go on the next one would be Air Lift 7500xl
good job!!!!
I purchased the Air Lift system for my 2020 450, not because it needed support to carry the load, but to get extra clearance for my 38' deck over that has storage boxes mounted under the frame and will drag if I go over un-even ground, off road. The bags were easy to install, I did in the driveway and it took about 3 hours or so. The only hard part was getting to one of the support bolts on the upper brackets. Just very tight and could have used an extra hand (smaller hand). I have been running empty so I keep the bags at about 6-7psi, when we took out the large trailer I had it at 70psi. I was not going to install a compressor or tank, but after the first run, I can see the advantage and honestly my last dully was set-up with one. The ability to adjust on the go, to dial in the ride you want is the way to go, so I did get a compressor and small air tank we will install over winter. I also like to have a small tank in-line with the bags, so thay have an expansion chamber and tame the ride. Generally I remove the overload spring when I install a system like this, I did not remove the overloads on this truck, and I'll have to see if I do or not. Generally they make the ride much nicer and it is not so hard to dial in the smooth air ride. Quality wise, the kit was great, all hardware present and very heavy built, feel like it is in-line with the 450 load capability.
I have had the airlift 7500 XL bags for a year now. I tow a 20,000 lb 5th wheel toy hauler. The airbags have given me no problem since installation. The compressor had to be replaced after several months but the warranty was great and swapped it out free of charge. No issues thus far on the new compressor. Very helpful when hauling and everyone should have one for safety concerns on the road. Too many people tow with the nose up and it's not safe
Highly recommended
A year after installing this I'm happy to say that this kit is still working great. I use it to tow an 18k lb 5th wheel trailer (3200lb pin weight) with my 2018 F350 SRW and it rides so much better and safer.
Installation was a breeze, and everything seemed very high quality. It's been near the ocean it's whole life with frequent trips to salted snowy roads and there are no signs of rust. And with the larger air bags I can keep the pressure lower in them (60psi) and not have to worry about exceeding limits on hard bumps etc.
All in all I would buy these again, and believe they are an absolute must for anyone towing a large load.
Not usable - bags not attached to bracket/brace that holds them. Mfg failure (not crimped together). Had to purchase identical set elsewhere since going out on a trip - was able to inspect to insure they were correct. Good product. No quality control.

I sorry to hear that these did not work out for you. The good news is that if you think you have a manufacturer defect, these air bags come with a lifetime warranty. I have already sent your information to our customer service team and they will be getting in touch with you about this.
I have been using the airlift load lifter for a little over a year on my 2019 F-250 to haul a 2021 Grand Design Solitude 310 GK. The load lifter has performed flawlessly. My only recommendation would be to ensure you have another person to help with the install.
Great product, if you're pulling a gooseneck or 5th wheel you will be glad you installed this kit. Add the on-board air compressor for the best experience!
Product works as it stated.
Better yet the customer service from etrailer.com was the best experience for me.
Teresa confirmed the product was on the shelf and shipped it asap.
I make this comment because I purchased the product from 2 other sources that drop ship from Airlift the mfg and the service was horrible and I was very unhappy with Airlift. I will mention that 1of the 2 purchases was from Amazon and they shipped me product that was not complete.
Nevertheless....I have to say "Thank you" to Teresa. I will be using you for my source for my 22GN trailer parts in the future.
It’s a great system
Had to do some adaptation for my application. I still need to run down a leak that started about two months after use.

If an air bag suspension is going to leak, it will typically do so at the point where the air lines into the fittings. Its crucial that when the air lines are cut to length, the cut needs to be perfectly perpendicular or it will leak. Brushing a solution of dish washing liquid and water on the fittings and then looking for the bubbles is the easiest way to locate the leak.
The product was as described, and the installation was a snap.
Hooked up my new fifth wheel camper to my F-250 with 25 psi of pressure in the bags, and truck did not squat at all. That was 2500lbs of tongue weight. 5600lbs rear axle weight. Extremely happy with the results thus far.
Great product. The second truck I have installed it on. I tow a 21,000 lb 5th wheel, never had an issue on both trucks after thousands of miles. Highley recommend this set up.
Dose what supposed to do, use it to keep truck level when towing. 2nd set I have installed. very good product
The products you provide are nothing but the best. Well researched and good prices. Have used you for years. Thanks so much for all your support. The hitch is exactly what I needed
I have been using these for a year now, with several trips up and down the east coast. After a nice install and use, I have had no issues so far. I should get the compressor for the system though.
Easy to install and works great. I have used air springs on my last three trucks and have had no problems with them.
Great product. The only problem I had was the sealant on the threaded elbows leaked under pressure. I had to take them back out and put more Teflon tape on them.

One year later and I’m still very happy with these airbags. They are rugged and probably overkill, but better that than under sized. They really are convenient for leveling at the campsite and adjusting for variable loads. Having an onboard compressor and remote adds greatly to the convenience but they are still easily adjusted with a foot pump and air gauge if necessary.
