Whether you're hauling heavy loads in your bed or cargo area or you're towing a trailer, you will often see the rear of your vehicle sag while the front end rises. In these cases, the rear axle is handling not only the weight of the cargo, but also more of the vehicle's weight. Because less weight is on the front axle, the front tires are making less contact with the road. Overall handling - traction, steering, and braking - is negatively affected. But the resistance from Timbren's Suspension Enhancement System works with your factory suspension to keep your vehicle level and improve your driving experience.
The Timbren system comes with custom-fit brackets that are bolted onto each frame rail above the rear axle. Hollow rubber springs are bolted to the bottom of the bracket and hang down to where the bottom of the spring sits, 1" above the axle. The inch of clearance allows the existing factory suspension to operate normally under light loads and standard terrain, ensuring the smooth, comfortable ride that you are used to.
Timbren Suspension Enhancement Systems are designed to work progressively. When the hollow rubber springs are compressed, the convoluted design causes them to quickly collapse along the folds. Once the folds are compacted, the stacked barrel shape increases resistance, stiffening the suspension and keeping your vehicle level.
Each hollow rubber spring works independently to support the driver's side or passenger's side of your vehicle. This is helpful when you swerve or make sharp turns. Each spring is activated when it is needed, so body roll is greatly reduced. The independent action also works well when you are hauling off-center loads.
Because the vehicle handles better with the springs, less turbulence will be passed along to the trailer, and this helps to keep the trailer in line. Your driving comfort is further enhanced if the trailer does begin to sway (from a gust of wind or a passing semi), because the movement from the trailer is not transferred to your vehicle. This also works to make the sway subside more quickly.
Another great feature of the rubber construction is that the springs absorb most of the road shock, creating a smoother, more stable ride overall. Wear and tear on the factory suspension is also lessened because the rubber springs work to prevent bottoming out on rough roads.
Timbren's Suspension Enhancement Systems are much easier to install than air springs - there are no air hoses to run, no compressors or gauges to hook up, and no manual adjustments to make. The rubber construction makes Timbren's springs more elastic than similar products constructed of microcellular urethane. And more elasticity allows for a more comfortable ride because the rubber has more travel.

Excellent! They fit my 2025 Ram 1500 Longhorn. I paid for 2 day shipping and they arrived on time. Good instructions sent instructional video provided when you place your order was very helpful. Installation was quick and easy. I did it in my driveway (no lift needed) and jacked up the truck from the back hitch. took me less than 15 minutes. I haven’t towed my camper yet, but expecting a big difference/help compared to the tiny short stock ones provided on the truck.
I bought these to prevent the "squat" of carrying a load in a Ram 1500.It took only 30 minutes to install. Now when carrying a load or towing a travel trailer the truck is a better position.
The only thing you will notice is the smoothness of the ride. It's not, it is stiff. I'd rather have the stiff than the nose pointing to the moon.

It is still working as expected.
Work very well on my 2019 Ram 1500. Simple install. The heaviest hitch load I had on them was 500lbs. Never even went down enough to know it was there.

These are the greatest thing since peanut butter. 90 of the time I dont know theyre there and when I overload the truck it stays level. Great product

The Timbren suspension upgrade on my 2017 Ram 1500 is working very well. There is a noticable difference between the OEM marshmallow bumpers and the Timbren jounce springs...especially when towing my trailer travel. The product was easy to install and a value-added upgrade to my vehicle. Highly recommend this product.

Works good, make sure you ck with your salesman to get correct application,much depends on how heavy you are towing, or payload.
A bit more difficult to install than advertised or the instructions indicate, but once I figured out a trick it was easier. Jack your vehicle up a bit to get the weight off the rear axle, and install is much easier. I used multiple jacks to ensure security/safety. Once installed they work great...truck is much more level towing my boat.
I really do like this TIMBREN REAR SUSPENSION ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM i feel comfortable and trust with this item. Recommended.

In the rear. I also find towing a trailer much better. No worries about blowing air bags, this product is maintenance free. Love it, it simple and it works great. Highly recommend

Great product! Nice not to have installed by a mechanic. Easy to put on. Really helps my Ram 1500 with sag issues. etrailer.com is the only place to shop for all things trailer and supplies. There employes are the best. You can feel they really care.
Installed these myself with a jack/jack stands/chocked front wheels easily enough. Significantly improved our Ram 1500 Limited's towing especially on curves and in most situations with a 24' total length tandem axle travel-trailer around 5K lbs loaded. However, don't expect it turn your 1500 pickup into a towing experience like a leaf spring truck will give. We decided for the long road trips to move up in truck to a 3/4 ton truck eventually. But the Timbrens definitely helped for the year we used them in both towing and in turns at speed. Great product with ease of use!
We haul and tow everything through the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas and the Tembrin suspension assist blocks are just the answer for rough and uneven roads.
Easy install as advertised. Definitely reduced squatting when hooked to my travel trailer. Quality product.

Easy install on the Dodge 1500 - just pull out the factory bump stops and twist the timbrens into place. - Timbrens are a good product and we have installed them on several trucks and even an Odyssey van.
Super fast and easy to install. No tools required really. A jack if you want a bit of extra room. Just took a small drive unloaded around town and my ride quality was unchanged I guess nlyncouuld feel them engage when going over a speed bump at about 12 mph (faster than I would normally do it). These are great. The install was just as easy as stated. Two points to keep in mind. Use the soapy water trick and the 2x4 pieces. I was able to install in less than 15 minutes. I connected my 34' travel trailer and there was only about 1 inch of squish versus the 6 inches with the old ones. I am looking forward to our next camping trip. I am towing with a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic (Warlock). Thank you for a great product.
Super easy to install on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. Followed the directions and watched a YouTube video and they were installed super easy. Product does exactly as it says, took out a small sag in my truck when i had my 5th Wheel loaded. The new ride with a load is excellent and without a load its the same as stock. Great Product!
I first started by jacking up the bed about 4" then I got under it yanked out the small factory ones, so easy. Then put some silicone on the new ones, wiggled them in place and just to make sure they were seated properly I added couple pieces of wood under them and let the jack down. Took it for a test drive over a really bad bumpier road and to my amazment I was completely satisfied .got back home and looked under it and their about a 1/2" of clearance . Still after the test drive I'm satisfied doing this prep job before I pick up my new 5th wheel . Thanks
They work great! The only thing is, I have a truck cap so when I go down the road it is bouncy, so I guess I might have to too upgrade to a stiffer coil. When I put on my dump trailer it handles great! Besides the bouncing when driving down the road it did raise the back end of my truck about 3/4 of an inch and does handle corners much nicer and braking is better.
Installed easy in about 15 minutes. Popped the stock bump cushions out by hand and followed the installation instructions. Going to be on the road with my trailer soon and am looking forward to the additional support for my suspension.
