Shane: Hi, I'm Shane with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be taking a look at Rampage's Taillight Guard for your Jeep Wrangler. What the taillight guard is gonna do is protect your taillights from any damage while we're off-roading. We're gonna have two options, they're gonna be constructed out of steel. On your right side we're gonna have the chrome finish, on your left side we're gonna have the black powder coat finish. Each set is gonna come with its own set of screws, they're gonna match the finish on the product.
Not only are these gonna add protection to your taillights, so we're not gonna have to worry about damage, but they're gonna add style to your vehicle. Now style is a matter of personal preference, so no matter which one of these you choose they're not only gonna look great, but they're gonna work great. With our guard install you're gonna see not only does it cover the back, but it wraps around, it's gonna cover our side markers also. We got total protection there.Let's go ahead and show you how to install. We're gonna remove our factory screws, you'll need a Philips head screwdriver.
On our cover we're gonna have to, we have a left or a right side or driver and passenger side. You just wanna make sure you choose the right one. We'll take our new screws included in our kit, or with our covers. We're gonna add some little foam pads on the inside of our cover. It's gonna help protect our lens from getting scratched.
Then we can just add our three remaining screws. Now you're gonna repeat that for the other side.That'll do it for our look at the Rampage Grid Style Taillight Guard.
