The Michelin RainForce wiper blade for your vehicle improves visibility in rainy conditions. The metal frame is hinged so that it flexes to spread downward pressure over multiple points along the blade. This ensures that the wiper follows the contours of your windshield, resulting in a thorough wipe with no streaks.
The natural rubber squeegee is made with proprietary processing techniques to ensure that it outperforms the competition. And the squeegee has a graphite coating to make sure the wiper glides smoothly across your windshield. This graphite coating helps to eliminate skipping, which can leave behind a washboard pattern of water. It also helps keep your wiper quiet so you won't be annoyed by squealing or chattering sounds.
The vented design lets air flow freely through the frame, allowing the wiper to maintain consistent pressure on your windshield - even in high winds. So whether you're caught in windy conditions or just driving on the highway, you'll still have a clear view through your windshield.
The metal wiper frame has a powder coat finish that resists rust and ensures a long life. The frame hinges are constructed of metal to add strength and durability, and the squeegee has a stainless steel flexor that provides a corrosion-proof backbone for the blade.
To install the blade, rotate the connector piece on the blade to fit the type of connector that's on your car. (Some wiper arm styles require that you replace the standard connector on the blade with one of the included alternate connectors.) Then clip the wiper blade onto the car's connector. The wiper blade will click into place so that you know it's securely installed.

Hi everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install these Michelin frame-style wiper blades on our 2022 Ram 1500. This is a super easy part to replace, it helps keep your windshield clean in that bad weather. It's gonna be 24 inches long and a direct replacement for the ones we already have on there. Getting it installed is really simple, just lay down a towel or something to protect your windshield in case this falls, last thing we wanna do is crack our windshield when we're replacing our wiper blade, and press down on this tab and push down on the blade to release it from the hook, pretty simple. And then the new one installs right in its place.
Coming up through the middle, you'll feel a click, or just feel it kind of lock in, you can feel that's all good right there, and then we can test it out. And I've got the original one on the passenger's side still, so we can kinda compare it. Nothing's skipping, everything's working smoothly, and it's working relatively streak-free. I am noticing some streakiness up here towards the top. Unfortunately, that's just something that I've noticed with frame-style wiper blades, I don't like using these in my own car, because I don't feel like they put as much pressure on the edges compared to something like this with the beam style.
So for me, I'd go with something like this. Michelin does have a hybrid option that's gonna make good for winter months, this is more of an all season type of option, and Scrubblade has some options that are kind of like this beam style that put a little more pressure on the blade. Whichever way you go though, they're gonna be new blades, and it's gonna help keep your windshield clean, it's just a matter of what style you prefer and what season you're looking for. The wipers are still on my truck and are in good condition after a year. That's impressive for being in the hot Arizona climate. Most wiper blades do not last a year here in Arizona.
I am trying Michelin graphite coated windshield wipers. Installation was easy. Now to see how they perform over time.

The Michelin wiper blades are top quality. Easy to install. Going forward I will order all my wiper blades from etrailer.com. All the items I purchased were nicely packaged for shipping and delivery.
