It takes a lot of force to crimp properly, but I haven't had any issues.

However, Dexter (I ordered original Dexter parts) needs to up the game on packaging. I ordered four hub assemblies and the bearings were placed in a plastic bag which I'm sure banged around on the hub. A bubble envelope would have been nice to protect the bearings.
I'm looking forward to upgrading my trailer with new Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brakes as was getting tired of constantly manually adjusting the brakes. Glad that etrailer has all the parts I need to do the job.

These connectors work great and when heat is applied create a water tight seal on the connections
The heat shrink works quite well. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was the fact that I had two connectors "let go" of one of the wires after I had crimped it (with a crimping tool) and heat shrank (with a heat gun) the connector. This is a good product but buy more than you need because you may need to replace one.
I want to thank you for all your help with my trailer you were more helpful than you realize. So this is my trailer for a 22' Flats Cat shallow draft Catamaran. I totally dismantled my trailer and buffed by hand with a wire buffer and sand blasted in some spots and applied multiple coats of some very expensive galvanize paint (Z.R.C.). I installed all new C. E. Smith Carpet (about 80'), seven new LED waterproof lights, new springs, new equalizers, new tongue jack, new wench, new safety chain, new chain brackets, all new SS hardware and a 35' long wiring harness.
I was able to send only one review with a picture of the safety chain and brackets. I'm having a little trouble with the rest..oh some of these items were bought locally or from your competitors, until I found ETRAILER. Your prices were cheaper for the exact same things. Your helpful how to videos were helpful. And Rose, your personal helpful knowledge made my buying experience very pleasant, I actually enjoyed talking to you! Genuine Dexter parts at great price. Needs better shipping box. One wire was cut during shipping. Boxes were really beat up. New Grease caps don't fit well fell off, used old ones.

The online installation videos for all the parts (which were attached to the online order status sheet) made it extremely easy to install. The videos were of a professional actually installing the equipment step by step. etrailer.com has a customer for life.
These were taillights for a trailer. The LED lights were great and fit in the same location as the old lights but much easier to see and much safer.
Just as described. Perfect for boat trailer electrical connections at a great price. The side lights and grommets fit like the originals. Service and selection can't be beat!

First time using these. Hard time to use because of confined space. After heat shrinking, I applied dielectric grease too.
They've been on a year and are still working well. Brighter than incandescent. Etrailer website extensive information (pictures, dimensions, demos, etc) helped me find the the exact match I needed. Install was easy. Hardest part was trying to do a neat job of sealing. I used a clear sealant, so it's not that bad.
This company is a class act, great pricing, service and delivery, they actually go out of their way to help, such a pleasure to work with them.
Glad I somehow discovered them, will keep using them as needed. Hope this review helps others.

Used to connect new trailer lights to existing 18 gauge wiring. The crimp and heat shrink make a long lasting connection.
