I've used these on several different trailers a pick up and a car. I put one or two on each one for back up lights. I've got a really good dispersion for reverse backup lights. They don't reach very far maybe 20 feet but they're excellent for an angled back up light. One is 10 years old in a salt and road slush environment and it's holding up well
I have used several of these.
I have installed the 6 diode aluminum lights, also from eTrailer, on the back of two cargo trailers, and the sides of my RV camper. I also put one of these mini lights on the top center of my small cargo trailer to fill a middle spot, and I think these minis have as much light and throw as the larger 6 diode ones.
These two went on the rear of my pickup toolbox/topper as backup and work lights. a SPDT switch flips them from backup lights, over to connect to the tail/running wires, so I can have work lights when pickup is stationary with parking lights turned on. I had to mount them vertically do to space, but the pattern seems symmetrical and conical and I don’t see any difference in beam pattern. I did have to cut and sand the rubber base to get my down angle and slight outboard side angle. I used pvc pipe spacers cut at angle on the inside of the topper, like a previous poster had in the pictures.
+ VERY good light output, good spread and reach. Tiny, durable aluminum with epoxy sealed coating.
-Only drawback is they are not adjustable for angles. the 6 diode ones have bolt bases that can be adjusted.
If I had bought these little ones first, I would have used those instead of the 6’s across the top of my cargo trailer.

This LED light is a perfect fit for the light housing over the door on my 1977 Airstream. It is very bright and only draws .35 amps. The LED light is made of a cast aluminum housing with the back completely encased in epoxy. It also came with 3 rubber mounting bases, flat, angled and one for mounting on a pipe.

This light still working perfectly and deserves the five star rating.
Really easy to install. I used relay switches and installed six of these lights in my van. Very small and sealed tight. Throws a lot of light. Great product.
Bought 3 pairs last august of 2020, installed on my 4runner roof rack, they performed great and quality built, I recommended it to my friends after installing because of how they bright and compact the lights are, but this December of 2020 I noticed 4 of the lights shows water build up in the lens and it’s looks like a frost lens now and not clears, these supposed to be water resistant, maybe 4 was defective, I dont know because the other 2 was perfectly fine and clear.noted: i contacted customer service days prior to this review and I got nothing in return.
Serious lumen output for its size. It appears to be sealed very well with a complete sealant Over the back. The mutable mounting spacers worked prefect on my angled Jeep bumper. Low current draw made it a easy install to hook into the reverse lamps. No screws hardware is included. Don’t let that detour you there awesome LED’s . ( pics : angle mount spacer the nylon bushing trimmed at angle make it a secure installation)
These lights are great. The build is very robust. Housing is aluminium and the nice touch is that they used a clear epoxy to fill in the back side to seal the lights from the elements. The 3 mounting options are excellent. A medium hard, dense rubber (not plastic) that is still pliable. The company molded in wire guides into the mounts and the wire is flexible enough to bend a great deal to fit into the guides. You don't even need the mounts if you have a spot where you can run the wire through a wall or so. After seeing the light pattern, I decided a flat mount would work. These light will light up our 16 foot enclosed work trailer. All in all, a great, compact package that delivers what is stated, and more. I will be ordering 4 more soon.

These little lights are quite the powerhouses!! We have had total success with these lights. They have been working perfectly for the last year, no issues or flaws. I am still impressed with the output pattern and the amount of usable light throughout that pattern. We often have to work into the evening and these lights have been exactly what we need to light our trailer. Excellent product!!
Love these lights. Hooked them up as back up lights on the truck. Stock reverse lights left a lot to be desired. These light fill in that desire. Plenty of light for backing up via the camera, or via side mirrors looking through tinted windows. VERY bright if you look at them - so don't.

One year later and zero issues with these lights. Still work perfectly and provide the needed light for backing up safely at night.
Lights were on back order for 2 months. Wouldn’t ship my other lights I ordered separately. No email follow ups either.
Although I haven’t installed these lights to be used as backup lights, but I believe these will work perfect for what I intended them for.

Another quality product from etrailer. I have purchased several products in the past two years and have never been disappointed. Unlike some other big online retailers, I’ve never received a substandard or cheaply made product from etrailer. They are certainly not always the least expensive, but they do sell good, quality items. And their product description is absolutely unbeatable. Comprehensive detail, specifications, photos, videos, etc are extremely useful in making your decisions.
I just received these lights and have not installed them yet, but I did a lot of research and upon receiving them I did a thorough inspection and also performed a bench checked on each light for functionality. Like everything I have purchased from etrailer, I have high expectations for these lights.
Just what we needed to improve the back up lighting on our Roadtrek RV. The GM camera was virtually blind at night without adequate back up lights on the van. We added two of these, tied into the existing back up lights and now we can see backing up at night. They work great....
Very high quality product. Aluminum body. Totally sealed for using outdoors. Puts out a lot of light. I put three of these on the back and rear sides of my camping trailer to help me back into camping spots in the dark. Makes all the difference.
Easy to install, very bright. I mounted these above the tail gate ramp on my cargo trailer to use at night when loading or unloading the trailer. Great products.
Well made, weatherproof and great brightness for the $. Choice of mounting blocks is a nice plus.
The lights are great, they have doubled plus in cost since my last purchase in 2019.
Used them for backup lights on cargo tr ailer.
I’ve used three of them so far, and they’re very bright, not just for their size, but could replace the more traditional six day old back up lights
I have a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. I mounted the lights on the sides of my front bumper so I can see left or right when I'm on the ranch at night. It awesome!!
So far so good after one year, installed 20 of these on a fleet and not a complaint. Big bang for the buck.
Love how well these are built along how bright they are. I would buy many more if the price didn't go up
Just got out of mailbox.Husband is excited to put on truck.So far everything looks good.Fast deliver product looks good.Will return to give further review on performance.

Love them nice and bright and almost zero battery draw... note: they are very much a flood beam not a spot beam...
Works as advertised, very bright, no complaints, would buy again if needed.
