Since the distance from your threshold to the ground is 38", and the narrowest part of your door is 28-1/4" side-to-side, the MORryde steps that are a fit for you are the MORryde # MR28RR steps featuring 8" deep steps.
Optionally you could also use the MORryde # MR85RR steps which are the same as the MR28RR's except they feature gas lift struts that allow you to lift of lower the steps with one finger!

Yes, TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps Item # TLA8003 is the correct steps for the measurements you provided to replace the steps on your 2016 Keystone Cougar Fifth Wheel. I do recommend, if you have pets, to add the SafeStep Vinyl Barrier Item # TLA7602. K9s have a hard time not looking through the steps as they walk up into the camper and get scared they are going to fall through. Adding the barrier provides a wall so they can see there is a back to it.

These steps will fit doors with your width and entry height, though the stabilizer you are referring to will likely need to be removed as it juts out too far. I have added links to the instructions... view full answer...

Which RV step you need depends on the size of your trailer door opening.
The Lippert SolidStep, Item # LC791572, is a 3-step model for RV doorways that are 26" to 29-7/8" wide. It has a threshold height of 27 inches to 36 inches from the ground.
I tried to find details on your 2016 Keystone Bullet but could not find exact measurements. There also is a variety of sizes possible so "one size" does not fit all. Fortunately, Lippert makes 90-percent of trailer frames and several... view full answer...
The correct SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for your 2018 Keystone Sprinter Limited are going to be part # LC791575. According to Lippert, you simply need to measure your doorway and then round up to the nearest even number which in your case is 30. For the Lippert SolidSteps you would want to go by the narrowest width measurement at the door opening. For you that seems to be 24-1/4 inches so your best option is # LC698799. Like you said, the SolidFold steps come in an 8 inch rise, so any modification to get to 6 inches would void the warranty as you mentioned. view full answer...

These steps have a simple twist handle to unlatch and fold down the steps. There are pull pins in the hinge of these steps to allow you to remove the steps when in close quarters that won't allow for the steps to fold down. I will say having tested these out that the pull pins are in pretty tight and might be a bit of a challenge... view full answer...
The Lippert Alumi-Tread Manual Pull-Out Steps # LC432698 referenced in your question may work well on your 2017 Keystone Montana High Country. The SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps part # LC791572 for triple and part # LC791574 for quad will both fit and work on level ground. That said, if you find yourself parking on uneven terrain then you'd need more of a buffer which the triple step would provide so that is what I recommend. In regards to the space between the ground and first step, this would vary each time depending on the incline or slope you are parked on so it's not a figure I can provide but it's really a matter of choosing... view full answer...
I do have an option for you but there isn't an add-on kit for the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps, you will instead need to replace the steps for a model with this feature built-in like the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps with Strut Assist part # MR45RR.
Unfortunately, I am not able to know what steps you have or need for your trailer so you'll need to provide me with the model number of the ones you have or the entry width and threshold height. I have attached all options below. view full answer...

The landing gear doesn't have to be removed/installed everytime it's used so you wouldn't have to worry about extra steps involving them when going in and out of the RV. Basically they pull out and you are set.
