It is only compatible with the 2015-2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD. The best option for you would involve replacing the mufflers on your 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle or adding one if not already installed. As the Curt Trailer Hitch # 13445 is designed to fit a 2008 Toyota 4Runner with stock exhaust, so I cannot say for sure if it will fit with a dual Borla exhaust system.
