This part simply clamps on over your existing 4-inch diameter exhaust pipe using the welded-on band clamp.

You'll have to measure the other diameter of your tailpipe to determine if the part # MF35235 will fit your 2019 Ram 2500. If it measures 2-3/4 inches then yes this will fit and work well.
