I spoke with Lippert and they said the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly, 40 Series, # LC3726892 will be a direct replacement for the Coach Steps 725-0043. It will be a bolt-on install for replacement of the steps.

I reached out to the manufacturer who told me the Kwikee Series 25 Steps # LC365837 you are looking to replace your older steps with will not work. This is what they told me:
"Per my parts department, based on the information you have provided, they can verify that the customer is replacing a Series 23 Kwikee step assembly with a series 25 Kwikee step assembly.
