I spoke with Lippert and they said the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly, 40 Series, # LC3726892 will be a direct replacement for the Coach Steps 725-0043. It will be a bolt-on install for replacement of the steps.

I reached out to the manufacturer who told me the Kwikee Series 25 Steps # LC365837 you are looking to replace your older steps with will not work. This is what they told me:
"Per my parts department, based on the information you have provided, they can verify that the customer is replacing a Series 23 Kwikee step assembly with a series 25 Kwikee step assembly. He needs to be advised not to do this, as they will not fit or bolt up properly. The frame sizes are different from one another... view full answer...
