While we do have the correct exhaust for your 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe, the # MF15160 you asked about is not a fit, that is for older Jeeps. Instead, the correct fit - which I verified directly with MagnaFlow - is the following:

Hello Robert, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57341 will indeed fit your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 4wd with the Z71 offroad package. The Z71 package is basically just the dual exhaust, shocks, skid plate, and 18" off-road tires.
